Vacation rentals with a sauna in Black Sea

- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

Secure place good location and an understanding host

Good location close to the beach and grocery store. pictures match exactly what you see in profile. Host is supportive and responsive to all requests. we were satisfied with our stay.

Great apartment with a wonderful view to the sea. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is very clean, has all the necessary appliances. A couple of shopping centers, grocery stores of several Georgian chains, restaurants and cafes of all price categories are within walking distance. There were a couple of technical problems with the key at check-in, but our host quickly helped to solve all the problems and in general she is very responsive and was always in touch!

We had a lot of fun at the beach, which was close by. A good place to stay in if you want a nice time on the Romanian seaside. Pool was a plus

Nice medium size apartment, as described in the photos....bathroom is a bit small though. The private balcony is very nice, just not the greatest view. There is a shared balcony with somewhat of an ocean view also. The location is on a very steep hill, if you have trouble walking I would not choose this apartment. Still a good location as there are many restaurants ( somewhat pricey maybe) nearby and you can walk to the Grand Bazaar and many other tourist attractions from the apartment within about 8-10 minutes. The host was very friendly and always available, even helped carry my heavy luggage the last floor to the apartment (only the last floor does not have an elevator). I enjoyed my stay there, was happy with the price, location and helpful host... recommended, will be back !

The apartment is exactly as in the description, with a spacious and super nicely furnished bedroom, the living room also spacious, with a large sofa, a bar and a kitchen area very ok arranged. very good lighting, both the ambient lights and the chandeliers very ok. Cleanliness was the right thing Large bathroom, with large shower cabin Heat as much as you need (own gas heating) the view ok, see the sea from the living room and the balcony Clean and good quality linens and towels. Overall everything very good . The responsive owner and responded promptly every time, giving useful information and everything as she described. Thanks so much !

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

The apartment is in a good location, it is very practically divided and has almost everything you need. Communication with the hostess was good and proactive, which we particularly liked. The beds were comfortable, we had enough towels and linens. The balcony is quite spacious and we had enough space to dry the wet towels and also to relax and watch the sea. At the time of our stay, there was a construction site opposite, but I guess it will be completed by 2025.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Doğukan. If I mention it in detail, our check-in was very comfortable, when we went, we got our key directly and settled in the house. Everything needed for a living space in the house was considered. The kitchen had all the utensils, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also thought out from shampoo to laundry detergent. She was also very responsible for communication, and we got a quick response when we had a problem. I would recommend it in a friendly way for a smooth stay.

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

We stayed with 5 families and 1 small child, there were still rooms we did not use, Mr. Batur was very interested from the first moment, he responded very quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and large enough. The ingredients in the kitchen were sufficient. We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday, thank you 🤩😇

Eyo and Ali made themselves available to welcome us, with great flexibility and always responsive by message. The accommodation was ideal for a stay of a few nights, with the Galata Tower a few minutes' walk away and the tram to reach the historic center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Well equipped, perfectly maintained, sparkling clean, with fantastic facilities including the Jacuzzi, Spa and Sauna. Anna and Theo responded immediately to requests, had helpful local recommendations, and immediately helped with extending our stay due to a flight cancelation. The location is near multiple tourist attractions and the Albena beach. We stayed late September so was already off season but the weather was still warm for most of our stay. Thank you!
