Fantastic place by the lake. The sun sets directly in front of you! Close to the Corbu wild beach (20 mins by car) and easy driving distance to the other towns and cities along the coast. Recommended.

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

The place is in a quiet place, right behind the fence is a beautiful field! In fact, this is a whole floor of the house, there is a lot of space for two, a beautiful territory, a cozy living room, its own parking on the territory. There is a bus stop, shops and cafes nearby. Everything is great, it feels like home

it was a place that deserved the money I paid to the end. Mr. Furkan was very interested. There is nothing to say about the house, I had such a pleasant holiday after a long time, I will go again at the first opportunity. Note: Take a bathrobe with you for the pool, it will be more enjoyable

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

Very big and cozy space with all the amenities needed and a nice living room to chill and relax

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

A beautiful, very centrally located apartment with sea views from the terrace. Just a few minutes' walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosques. The apartment is adjacent to the old historic city wall and Byzantine palace, which is 1600 years old. Communication with Ali went smoothly. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It's important to know that the rooms are not large and have no doors, which is probably just typical. In addition, the apartment is a bit noisy and the train tracks run nearby. But none of that really bothered us. We would rent the apartment again and recommend it. Dear Ali, Thank you very much. We had a lovely stay in Istanbul🕌❤️!

Very central location, yet quiet area. Right on the sea. Beautiful cozy terrace. Good amenities. Everything very clean. quick friendly contact. Highly recommended for small groups.

Transportation was easy, their communication was very strong

Great apartment in an awesome location...close to the action and an easy walk to places of interest. Host runs a shop downstairs and is super friendly and helpful. Place was super clean and just as described. Definitely not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. located far from where cars can easily get and up 4 flights of spiral stairwell, but if you are mibile it is perfect.

Nino and her husband were very patient with us and us arriving very late wasn’t any problem. The accommodation is very cozy and has the most beautiful view. Getting there can be a little bit tricky but it‘s definitely worth it. We felt very welcomed and Lino made us a traditional Georgian breakfast in the morning which got even better with the view. We can definitely recommend and would come back anytime!

Kerem was a fantastic host! Always proactive, nice, and helpful. You can really see that he puts effort in his guests being happy. Kerem's place is beautiful - it has an unmatched view and is just perfect for a getaway into the nature. One could just spend some time walking around the tea plantations or go see the waterfall - or just enjoy the peaceful terrace. We wish we could stay for longer. Definitely recommend this stay to others.

I would like to thank Egemen. For his foresight and effort against the problems that may arise. My priority for these short term holidays is complete communication, cleanliness, and minimal effort. Thanks to the sovereign, we had a weekend as we wanted. I was very happy not to have a clean, tidy and hot water problem. Would definitely prefer it again.

Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning is a great feeling, it felt very good for us. It was a place that added value to its short vacation with a lot of relaxing activities, whether it was the weather, relaxing with the jacuzzi, making a campfire. Mr. Kenan's great friendly, helpful hosting would have made our holiday more clear.

Mesut was an incredible host, friendly and responsive. The surroundings and views are breathtaking, in the middle of tea fields and with the black sea in front. Located in a very convenient place, peaceful but at the same time well connected to a lot of places of interest. I will come back!!! Thank you for making our stay so special
