- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

Good location close to the beach and grocery store. pictures match exactly what you see in profile. Host is supportive and responsive to all requests. we were satisfied with our stay.

Отличные апартаменты с прекрасным видом на море. Фотографии соответствуют реальности, в квартире очень чисто, есть вся необходимая техника. В пешей доступности пара торговых центров, продуктовые магазины нескольких грузинских сетей, рестораны и кафе всех ценовых категорий. При заселении было пара технических проблем с ключом, однако наша хост оперативно помогла решить все проблемы и в целом она очень отзывчивая и всегда была на связи!

Nice medium size apartment, as described in the photos....bathroom is a bit small though. The private balcony is very nice, just not the greatest view. There is a shared balcony with somewhat of an ocean view also. The location is on a very steep hill, if you have trouble walking I would not choose this apartment. Still a good location as there are many restaurants ( somewhat pricey maybe) nearby and you can walk to the Grand Bazaar and many other tourist attractions from the apartment within about 8-10 minutes. The host was very friendly and always available, even helped carry my heavy luggage the last floor to the apartment (only the last floor does not have an elevator). I enjoyed my stay there, was happy with the price, location and helpful host... recommended, will be back !

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Es un apartamento genial que tiene de todo y no le falta de nada. Tiene unas vistas muy buenas y me atrevería a decir que es mucho mejor que en fotos. Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa y muy cómoda, nos lo pasamos genial. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Am petrecut două nopți în apartamentul lui Cezar. Am ales această locație pentru ca avea saună iar soțul meu prefera orice cazare cu această facilitate. Surpriza a fost și pentru fiul meu care a găsit și un playstation 5. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru a te simții ca acasă. Cezar este o gazdă foarte comunicativă și oricând gata să te ajute cu orice informație. Ne-am simțit minunat si ne vom întoarce cu siguranță

Die Wohnung liegt gut, sie ist sehr praktisch geschnitten und hat fast alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war gut und proaktiv, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Die Betten warn bequem, wir hatten ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Balkon ist ziemlich geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz die nassen Handtücher zu trocknen und auch entspannt das Meer zu beobachten. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts war gegenüber eine Baustelle, aber ich schätze, dass diese bis 2025 festiggestellt sein wird.

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Öncelikle Doğukan Beye çok teşekkür ederim. Detaylı bir şekilde bahsetmem gerekirse girişimiz çok rahat oldu, gittiğimizde direkt anahtarımızı aldık ve eve yerleştik. Evde bir yaşam alanı için gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Mutfakta tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu, kahve makinesi dahil olmak üzere. Banyoda da aynı şekilde şampuandan çamaşır deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. İletişim konusunda da kendisi oldukça sorumluluk sahibiydi bir problem yaşadığımızda hızlı geri dönüş aldık. Sorunsuz bir konaklama için samimi bir şekilde tavsiye ederim.

Bra boende mitt vid stranden och gågatan. Flera pooler och restauranger i resorten och i närheten. Svårt med parkering på helgen så kom gärna en Tors-Mån och låt din bil stå parkerad. Bra lägenhet med allt du behöver på den soliga sidan med havsutsikt. Negativt var städbolaget som ej skött sina uppgifter men värden löste detta!

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Biz 5 aile 1 küçük çocuk olarak kaldık,yine de kullanmadığımız odalar vardı, Batur bey ilk andan itibaren çok ilgiliydi, tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Havuz temiz ve yeterli büyüklukteydi. Mutfaktaki malzemeler yeterliydi. çok keyifli ve güzel bı tatil geçirdik teşekkür ederiz 🤩😇

Eyo et d’Ali se sont rendus disponibles pour nous accueillir, avec une grande flexibilité et toujours réactif par message. Le logement était idéal pour un séjour de quelques nuits, avec la Tour de Galata à quelques minutes à pieds et le tram pour rejoindre le centre historique en 15 minutes. Je vous conseille ce logement sans hésiter !

Thanks Anna and Theo for your perfect hospitality. The Villa was one of the best places we've stayed at. Well equipped, perfectly maintained, sparkling clean, with fantastic facilities including the Jacuzzi, Spa and Sauna. Anna and Theo responded immediately to requests, had helpful local recommendations, and immediately helped with extending our stay due to a flight cancelation. The location is near multiple tourist attractions and the Albena beach. We stayed late September so was already off season but the weather was still warm for most of our stay. Thank you!
