This apartment was exactly what we were looking for—cozy, quiet, and tucked away in a beautiful wooded setting. It had such a warm, cabin-like vibe that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up. The location was also ideal—close to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops and local attractions, but still felt peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Elizabeth made us and our 2 year old dog feel right at home. Despite brisk winter conditions and a heavy snow storm on our last night/day, she welcomed us and made sure that everything was as we needed. The location is beautiful (on a lake in Maine) and in a quiet area. The bedroom is very comfortable as is the living room. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked many of our meals there. Overall great stay. We highly recommend Elizabeth's place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall ambiance of the apartment. This is an old building with uneven floors but I loved the feel of the place. Having an updated bathroom was great, especially the heated tile floors! The views of the river were great. I felt right at home.

The house was very clean and comfortable on the inside! They provided everything we needed for our stay, and were super attentive. We ran out of toilet paper and they brought a new pack to the front door right away. The only complaint i would have is that the staircase to get inside feels very unsafe and i got a splinter holding on to the railing. The sliding doors in the house are also a bit inconvenient because you can see inside the rooms even after they close. It gets a bit awkward when using the bathroom especially since I was staying here with another person. But overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful home, very clean and exactly as described. Nice location, no neighbors nearby. Nice views and the sunroom is great. We did not know there were caretakers living on the property ahead of time, but didn't even know they were there during our stay. Would recommend this place to others. Vicky answered all questions very quickly.

Absolutely perfect and comfortable retreat location! Was able to accommodate so many of our folks and there was lots to explore on the property itself. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to host a huge gathering or retreat :)

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

Super cozy house very comfortable for our family of 6. Spent a nice weekend enjoying the beautiful foliage and stunning sunsets on the pond. Close to a grocery store and local attractions. Cooked dinner both nights had everything we needed and more!

This is a lovely spot on a beautiful lake. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and you could control the heat in various parts of the house. I would definitely recommend this place for a cozy stay!

Beautiful setting on the lake. Clean, neat and cozy. Bed was SO comfortable! Loved the electric fireplace. WiFi worked great which is helpful in a spot where reception is patchy. Keurig and pods available. Thank you for a perfect spot to enjoy a weekend in Maine. We will try to return in summer!
