This was the perfect home for me and my gaggle of teenagers I brought to Silverwood. In hindsight I may have brought groceries and cooked there as it has everything you could need to feed folks right there. Beautiful, clean, well kept home. My only complaint would be the 10:00 check out as it’s just tough to pull off when you want to sleep in. I always love and appreciate an 11:00 check out. I will definitely recommend this place and try to book it again when we come back!

I had an excellent stay at Sarah's place. The Airbnb was clean, the bed was comfortable and the linens smelled so lovely and fresh. It was a quiet spot with a beautiful view. I loved enjoying my morning coffee and watching the birds on the lake. Sarah was a very kind and responsive host and I would definitely stay here again!

Lake Street Cottage ~Walk to town~ Bikes Included!

Great spot for families, our kids loved the fenced backyard with swing and the bikes. This was the best stocked air bnb, everything you could need for cooking, beach towels, shampoo/ conditioner. It was so clean and cozy. Great location too in the heart of Sandpoint on a quiet street, everything was great! Paula was also responsive and flexible about check in/ check out. Highly recommend.

We loved spending our NYE / 13th anniversary here with our dogs and kids. Plenty of space. The boys had what we called a bunk room to themselves which had their own bunk beds, living room with a pullout couch. They felt as if they had their own privacy which gave my husband and I alone time without having to hear the kids. We felt at ease and so comfortable there. The creek next to the home was an added bonus. We will definitely be coming back to Sheri’s place next time we come back into town.

Melissa went out of her with our super late booking by getting the home ready to go within a few hours. Super friendly and accommodating!!! The home is beautiful and spacious with a semi stocked pantry! I would recommend this place and Melissa to anyone thinking of visiting Sand Point and Schweitzer Ski Resort! Katy's place is a gem! The floorplan was spacious and had plenty of included accessories and amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and private yet is a short ride or walk to the marina or into town! I love that Katy has included bikes, kayaks and SUP to her guests as part of the experience!

Perfect location for visiting a friend who lives in Eureka. Amazing view of the mountains and nature! We had daily visits from the deer and turkeys too. Very central to downtown shops. Great house for the 2 of us, but could easily entertain a family. We were too busy out and about to enjoy all that the house had to offer unfortunately.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

Place was perfect for my group of 6. We were on a ski trip to fernie and the airbnb was 30 min from the hill. Full kitchen and beds for everyone, this place more than exceeded expectations.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.
