We had such an amazing stay! The house was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. Our whole family enjoyed it, but our 4-year-old declared The Linden House her “Birpday House” and anytime we went anywhere demanded to go back to her house. Thank you for sharing such a cozy and welcoming space with us. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!! We initially booked one night to attend a downtown concert but found another another artist we wanted to see the next night so stayed a second night. So glad we got the opportunity to stay a second night and enjoy this adorable place longer! The location is awesome….walkable to eateries and shopping in SOMO area and was private and quiet. Everything about the accommodations was top notch. Furnishings were comfortable, it was thoughtfully and thoroughly equipped and included its own private yard/patio with fountain for outdoor enjoyment. Definitely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed and hope to stay again when in the area!!

Robyn was very helpful and responsive. And her place was so beautiful! Super clean and quiet and feels like home. My kids said before we left “we love this place”. We’ll definitely come back and stay in her place again!

We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful, lovely getaway! It was exactly as described. We loved the game room, the pond, the hangout area underneath and literally everything! The hosts were also very thoughtful by having some things that might be forgotten like disposable toothbrushes and phone chargers! We will definitely be staying again!!

Exactly as advertised. Clean, cozy and secluded. Perfect spot to rest your head and clean up if visiting the Bryant/Benton, Little Rock area. Renee was responsive to our questions and was both friendly and helpful. We loved the place and would definitely stay again. Thanks Renee.

Kimberly was very sweet & responsive , and when I had questions or issues or concerns she handled them right then. Only thing is I would recommend a better area for the airbnb to be in. But overall for my 2 1/2 week stay it was fairly decent. Do recommend if you don’t wanna stay in the hotels in the area.

On the outskirts of Little Rock, Scott is a town with many hidden gems. One of these is the Summer cottage that offers visitors peace and quiet, as well as clean accommodations. My stay, while brief, allowed me the time to enjoy the well appointed cottage. Excellent bedding, great water pressure, and furniture to recline and relax. Enjoyed the large table to put a puzzle together, as well as the TV that offered streaming services. My only regret, unfortunately, is that I could not stay longer.

I got the pleasure of meeting Holly once and she was the nicest person and very caring. She even told me multiple times she hoped things went great with my father-in-laws surgery. The apartment was so adorable and very well decorated! Me and my husband will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in town!❤️
