My wife and I stayed at Nicola's house for a month while our house was being remodeled. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The house has everything you need with a great stocked kitchen and an office I was able to work from. The neighborhood is nice with easy access to Centennial Trail to walk along the river. Great place to explore Coeur d'Alene from.

Lindsey was not only highly responsive, as I booked day of stay, but also very informative about the area. I asked a couple questions and received detailed responses. I loved feeling like a local with all the insider tips. The home is lovely and conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and stocked with the basics/essentials. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting the area.

As an air bnb host myself, I can say with all fairness that Shannon offers up an exceptional stay. The condo is spacious, spotless, and has every amenity. The location couldn't be better, and the bed, probably the most comfy I have ever slept in, in my life. The layout is excellent. We were two moms and two 12 year olds, and there was tons of space. Having such a wonderful home away from home really elevated everything about our trip and we were so happy to come home to the condo every day. Thank you Shannon!

This is by far the nicest AirBnB that I have ever stayed in. The decor was so beautifully curated, the bathroom was gorgeous and clean, and the kitchen was so impressive that I felt guilty going out for meals! Laura was a great communicator and I think it was a total value for the desirable location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others.

We loved our stay at this cute, cozy and comfortable home in the north part of town. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a park and trails close by. If you are looking for action, this is not your place, but action is close by if you want. We had everything we needed, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and for us close to our grand kids.

This property was exactly as described. We booked so we could attend holiday activities at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. It was a quick walk to and from the resort so the location was perfect for our trip. Diana mentioned several activities taking place to be sure we knew they were happening. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well. It had all the amenities we needed to be able to prepare meals, as well as bathroom amenities, laundry needs, a nice work space for our college kids to complete homework, and the hot tub to warm up and relax in at the end of the day. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

The Beach Cottage was a great property in the heart of Coeur d'Alene. It is walking distance to the resort and all of the shopping/dining nearby. The property was just as described on the site and they provided everything to make the stay super comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend the Beach Cottage and any property that Vacation Rental Authority is renting.
