We will completely satisfied with our visit to the area and David’s place. He communicated and responded promptly to our questions and every need for our trip was met. We would book a stay at David’s again if in the area. Boston Marathon did not disappoint either. We used this as home base for drop off in Hopkinton. Thanks David!

Stayed the weekend for a nearby wedding - perfect space for us to be together outside of the festivities. FOR AWARENESS: not detailed in the listing - there is a tenant that lives above the garage, that’s connected to the house. Although they were rarely seen, we could hear them while we were in certain areas of the house. Also, a friendly reminder that two of the bedrooms feature full beds and doesn’t always sleep 2 people comfortably. Overall, great house in a great location!

I cannot say enough about how helpful and responsive Jeffrey is! Excellent host. Cozy clean and comfortable with just about everything we could possibly need! What wasn’t there, we got and left for future guests. There is a bit of traffic noise outside but that’s to be expected at a centrally located residence. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very happy with our short stay at this location. Very quiet and beautiful location with only a few minutes drive to commercial areas in Westminster and Fitchburg. Space was small but cozy and was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs.

Great place! Clean and kitchen has most everything you'd need. Mary left coffee K-cups, creamer and sugars and a bowl of snacks (pretzels etc.). All were really appreciated! When arriving, it's best to enter the adjacent shopping area from the main road and circle around to the right to the designated parking. Entering from the side road means you'll have to drive to the far end of the shopping plaza. The parking lot is exit only on the side road by the apartment and the entrance is at the far end. I was very comfortable here and I plan to choose this plan when I'm back in Shrewsbury.

We so enjoyed this cozy apartment for our long weekend! The well-appointed quiet enclave is close to downtown and easy to get to from Rt 2. We aim to stay here again when returning for another evening concert at Groton Hill Music Center. Hopefully, during warmer weather so the bike path is accessible too! Aisling’s pre-visit instructions and information made our arrival and stay easy. The on-site handbook has additional apartment specific instructions. Our questions the first night (ex: What is the best setting for the floorboard heating system?) were all answered within minutes. Aisling’s restaurant suggestions were all terrific! She provides a comprehensive listing of activities and restaurants on her Host Profile page. My favorite dinner was the Gibbet Hill Grill. The barn reconstruction is amazing and roasted bone marrow appetizer is over-the-top delicious.

We stayed in Milford visiting family. my aunt only lives 5 minutes away so the Airbnb was in a perfect location. it was very spacious. lots of room for my toddler to run away and stretch her legs. plenty of room to see extended family that came to visit Saturday night. the kitchen had everything we needed. it was a great stay thank you

This is a lovely flat in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and clean. It has been recently converted from radiant heat to forced-air, which is a nice upgrade. Note that this unit does not have a dishwasher - the owner apparently plans to add one at some point in the future. Check-in was easy; the owner was responsive; and the cleanup instructions were very reasonable.

Our stay at Payton’s place was wonderful! If you are traveling with a baby especially I cannot recommend this place enough. Payton was so helpful and responsive and made it such an easy and wonderful stay. The apartment was so cute and clean! We loved every second.

This condo was as described. The condo was clean and the heat worked well. The unexpected snow was a bit of a challenge on the steep hill but that could not have been predicted for mid April. The owner had the sidewalk and stairs cleared by mid-morning.

This was a warm and at home place to be. Yesenia was a sweet and such a kind soul to rent from. She was always on top of anything I needed. The place was perfect had everything you could need. Was very clean and well taken care of. Location was awesome so close to downtown with a lot to do and great places to eat! The off street parking was my favorite especially in a city, that was gold! If you want a place that just makes you feel comfortable, and at home, this is it! Will be trying to say here any chance I can when I come to Worcester Massachusetts! The best host so far!!!
