We had such a lovely time here. The house is full of character and charm, with thoughtful design touches throughout – we especially loved the textured walls, rustic beams, and unique artwork. It felt cosy and calm, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast. Highly recommend – we’d definitely return. We ate at some lovely restaurants too!

We loved our stay. The location was ideal, a short walk to a good local pub but it felt totally isolated. The garden was great, perfect for ball games and hide and seek. The dog loved exploring too. The house had everything we needed and a good kitchen to cook in. It was our first trip to Norfolk, beautiful beaches, great boating on the Norfolk broads and visiting the seals were high points. Would highly recommend and visit again 😊

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

Honestly I can’t say a bad word about this place, from the moment we opened the doors we felt right at home. The whole house was so clean and tidy and my 3 year old loved the details of the night light and the books in her bedroom. This place was beautiful inside and out, can’t wait to stay here again. We was also local too some lovely pubs and walks.
