Monthly Rentals in Will Rogers Beach

My mother and I stayed at Nicole's place for a month. The place itself was as expected. There were no real surprises. Nicole very generously supplied a brand new comforter and set of beddings for us given that there were two guests and one of the guests was not sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nicole for a very pleasant stay.

Sara was a terrific host! Always responsive, easy to communicate with and super friendly and helpful. Her place is exactly as advertised, and a wonderful location for strolling around, going to the beach, shopping, dining, getting coffee or working out. The neighborhood has it all. Also nothing in the kitchen has been forgotten - there are more things in there than I know what to do with! Clean, safe and great little place to stay - will recommend to others!

My stay was fantastic. I’ve been in LA a couple of times and it’s the first time I stay in Santa Monica. My stay for one month was quite nice, the location of the apartment is perfect for having a peaceful sleep and for going out for restaurants/shopping/entertainment. The apartment had all you need in the kitchen, well functioning appliances and beautiful natural light. Highly recommend and Manouch and Daniel were always helpful and attentive.

Great location. Really nice neighbors and community. Bike to the beach, walk to coffee shops, walk to lunch, walk to the bowling alley. Street Parking in the neighborhood was surprisingly good. Internet was really good. Enjoyed my stay very much. A+
