Monthly Rentals in Whitethorn

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Lance’s place. The view is spectacular and the house is clean and comfortable. We’d welcome the opportunity to return!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at this beautiful home at least 4 times so far and trips booked through later this year. Don’t hesitate on booking and if you do, you’ll want to stay as long as possible! Endless ocean views from inside the home and out on the deck where I spent most of my time. The sunsets are spectacular! I’m always sad to leave but remember that I will be returning again. Dena and Craig are wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. I can’t wait to go back!

We got smoked out of our original plan for central Oregon, and found this spot literally the night before we left. Super lucky to find something like this so close to our arrival. Place is exactly as advertised. Two bedrooms upstairs and a nice living space downstairs. A nice deck out back to hang out on. It was a good spot for a quick trip for two couples. Host was solid, we had a couple questions which she quickly answered. We had a request for a fan as we had a pretty hot day and needed some upstairs ventilation and she provided one quickly. Honestly no drama, got what we expected, and enjoyed shelter cove.

This place could not have worked out better for me. I had an environmental survey to do in the forests around Garberville. The location was central. From what I saw of the local hotels (from the outside), it was easily superior in space and amenities (full kitchen). Very clean, comfortable bed, good hot shower. And its located right over a great natural food store (too tired to cook one night, I warmed up some of the Indian food bought below, washed down with local organic wine!). No noisy activities day or night. What's not to like!
