Bonnie’s place is great! The location is a short walk to a bunch of restaurants and a relatively quick drive or metro ride to other neighborhoods. The place is very quiet and very clean. The rooftop patio is amazing and so enjoyable! And Bonnie herself is so nice and communicative. She made the stay even better. This will definitely be a place we stay at again!

I had the most delightful stay at John Gault’s condo by the lake! The space is absolutely stunning – homey and beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. Even in Winter, being near the lake just creates such a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect one-night getaway! John was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gorgeous condo – I can’t wait to return!

This place exceeded all of my expectations! Close to Mccormick Convention center, tons of food, tons of walkable destinations- and frequent Uber / Uber Eats drivers in the area. The owner is very kind and communicative; 10/10 recommend.

The house is beautiful and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Very walkable to lots of activities as well as the Brown line to easily get downtown. It was perfect for the 6 of us to enjoy our stay in Chicago. Tara was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and very helpful. The instruction book in the house was full of great info and even had QR codes for simple instructional videos to make sure we used the fireplaces safely. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Chicago !

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly like the photos—spacious, clean, and even bigger than expected. Jay was incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and downtown is just a short, affordable Uber/Lyft ride away. Highly recommend!

This place is a real gem in Little Italy. Literally steps from an Italian restaurant, across the street from UIC, and two blocks from great services and shopping on Taylor Street. The condo was tastefully furnished, comfortable, and had everything needed for a successful leisure or business stay. The beds were very comfortable. The two full bathrooms were modern and spacious. Jessica, the host, was very friendly, and gracious, and responded rapidly to communications. We highly recommend this host and this property.

Amazing stay, so comfortable and clean. Great location and very walkable. Hosts were communicative. One recommendation for travelers: bring eye masks for sleeping, as the drapes/curtains are not blackout at all, so it's VERY bright in the morning.

We had a fantastic weekend at Hugo's place! It was extremely spacious and well-equipped for large groups of people, with many extras in addition to those listed in the description. Hugo was extremely responsive and accommodating. The price is well worth it for groups of 10+ people, and we would happily stay there again.

This is our 2nd time in a year that we stayed at Kelly’s. We were here in the summer & enjoyed the lovely deck. At Christmas we especially enjoyed the gathering spaces on the 1st floor & projection room downstairs!

We had a great stay at Adrienne's over Thanksgiving! The space worked well for our family - including an infant and young child - and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy and we appreciated having the garage space. There was an issue with the heat when we first arrived but Adrienne responded quickly, got it fixed, and it wasn't an issue for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was beautifully furnished, well put together, and looked exactly like the pictures. The vibe was great, and everything exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Blesson was helpful and very quick to respond to our questions. The place is spacious and comfortable, and fun for a group. We were able to make a few meals easily, and everyone loved the giant TVs in every bedroom. The roomy dining room made it easy to eat and play cards as a group. We had my daughter’s small dog with us, who loved the big fenced-in backyard, and we enjoyed the Countryside Saloon that was within walking distance, and also got good Thai food delivered from Bangkok Belly. The space was super clean, and everything we needed was easy to find. The showers, with their giant rain shower heads and side sprayers, were very cool. We appreciated the stocked coffee pods and bottled water, as well.

We had an exceptional stay at Mike and Maya's place! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed and more. We appreciated the expresso maquine. The beds were very comfortable ensuring restful nights. We felt right at home! The location was great! The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The garage was very convenient since we were traveling by car. We didn't need to use public transportation, but the house is about a 12-minute walk from the train station. Mike and Maya were fantastic host -communicative, attentive, and understandable- They provided clear check-in instructions and were readily available for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. This was the best Airbnb experience we've had so far. We highly recommend this listing to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

This condo is well appointed and stocked with coffee, creamer and seasonings. The building has a nice common area with fancy coffees and a decent work out room. We love the location near downtown Evanston and the public transportation to Chicago. We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay here for all our Chicago visits.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

If you are in town for an event at McCormick, and you want to save hotel costs and have access to a kitchen, this place is very convenient and the host is very responsive.

Good neighborhood spot with easy access to fun spots of town. Half block access to the blue line put the whole city into reach. Walk to Union Station in 30 minutes.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Michelle's place. It was a perfect home away from home while visiting Northwestern University. The area had many cafes and restaurants. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite had a very firm mattress. But this did not bother us at all. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates and utensils. There's a coffee maker and we were able to try some local coffees in the area. We enjoyed having family dinners on the bar style, raised table and stools. The view of the sunset from the balcony was amazing each night with purples, pinks and trees - fantastic views of Evanston. The place is great for watching movies with a long couch lounger, cozy seats and cup holders! The area is a perfect blend of city and nature with Lake Michigan nearby. We will definitely be back.
