We really enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located, nice pool. Kim communicated very well.

The home was very clean and up to date. All appliances were new and worked great. The kitchen was well stocked, from spices to snacks, from cold bottled water to pots/pans. Bathrooms were nice sized, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. The neighborhood was lovely and safe. We caught fish in the backyard! Great place for wildlife viewing, saw many turtles and various birds. The two main beds are low--this is pictured in the images that are included with the listing--just something to keep in mind. The mattresses are comfortable. Location is ideal--grocery stores, restaurants are nearby. Beaches are close by. (The garage has beach chairs, umbrella, too!) The host is easily accessible--returned all my texts in just minutes!

Great host and beautiful location. Air BNB was fully stocked and he even let me fish off his dock. I will definitely be re booking with him.

We loved our stay. The house is very clean and well appointed. It is in the most beautiful location on the water in Punta Gorda that is also nicely walkable to town. We would love to stay here again.

I was able to book at the last minute the place after check in hour and on the same day. The house was clean and ready for the guests to come. The host was very understanding and able to let me check out late due to I book the same day late and only for one night.

Exactly as described! From booking to checkout, this was a flawless 5-star experience. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed—including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Both balconies offered amazing views—one of the water park and one of the Intracoastal. The included water park passes were a huge bonus, and the short walk to the beach made it even better. The host thought of every detail: beach towels, chairs, a wagon, and clear instructions for water park access. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, ice cream shops, and local attractions (all walking distance). We also loved relaxing on the sundecks. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-equipped beach stay!

Beautiful cleaned place, great amenities such as towels, blankets, toiletries, seasonings, coffee, beach accessories, and appliances. Location was great; 15-20mins from most beaches and downtown areas. This place had great privacy with independent entrance and outdoor sitting area. There was no need to contact the owner since everything needed was already provided. Owner answered promptly when requesting beach accessories and they were great for the beach! Thank you so much! Would deff book again!

Great accommodations with simple and tasteful elegance. Peaceful setting and convenient to everything we were interested in—museums, beach, restaurants and stores. Couldn’t ask for a better place.
