Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

Comfortable beds and really comfy couch!! Just a quick place to rest instead of driving home after a wedding. Well worth it! Thank you Ethan and Brenna!

Very cute and spacious! It was actually a little bigger than I expected and way more up-to-date, than the pictures make it seem! There was even five blueberry muffins for each guest we had staying 🥰

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

Thomas & Angela went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & cared for. They have a beautiful space to offer & make sure to make you feel welcome on top of that. I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. We enjoyed staying here so much. This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was a fun layout, cozy, it had everything we needed for a couple days! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. It has several options for sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to take walks around the neighborhood with no problem! We did not know the Airbnb was attached to the host’s home, which we typically stay away from (it’s just personal preference). But overall, this was fine because the Airbnb is pretty private.

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Great little spot in the heart of Tn. We were impressed with the cleanliness, communication, appointments, and "hominess" of this location. We will probably revisit Fairfield Glade in the future and if we do, we'll be reaching out to Cheryl again. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed to visit my wife's grandparents that live in Fairfield Glade and my family was very comfortable with the master bedroom very comfortable. Also was very great for my three kids that slept comfortably after catching fireflies at night. Would stay here again.

Shuli was nice enough to give us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom and we were blown away. Beautiful and roomy private condo with a fireplace and fully stocked kitchen that will make your stay beyond comfortable and relaxing The location is full of so much to do anytime of year and the rentals are large enough for full family trips without feeling crowded. The area is very quiet and not rowdy, I believe we were told it’s kind of like a retirement community. We had such a peaceful time and definitely plan to be back again! They may ask you to sit thru some sales presentation for a free deal of some kind but we just politely turned it down.

Wonderful place. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place was as described, clean and not a lot of clutter. The kitchen had lots of counter space. The location was fantastic. Grocery store, restaurants, downtown and the greenway located with a half mile. The host was proactive, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely on my will stay here again list.

Can't say enough about how great a host Cat is. She responded incredibly quickly to questions and provided answers that were thoughtful, warm and addressed the information completely. The place was perfect for our purposes, four people in town for a music festival. Everything was clean and welcoming, with great touches. One of us stayed on the foldout in the living room, which worked very well. We loved the check-out instructions, which essentially told us to not do a thing because we were on vacation. I would stay there again without question.
