Vacation rentals in Toccoa River

Philip is a great host and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay on the river in Blue Ridge. One thing that stood out to me was that Philip provided ready to use firewood which was much needed as it was cold and windy during our stay. Lots of s’mores were consumed by my daughter. The river pavilion was a great place to relax and enjoy the sound of the river while eating lunch and dinner. We did lots of fishing and even did some off-Roading as there are trails nearby. Everything was clean and taken care of inside the house. Beds are comfortable and shower has great pressure. We are more than pleased with our stay and plan to book again in the future.

We came here for our honeymoon. Jennifer was the best host. We could not ask for a better place to stay and enjoy some time together! Jennifer responds quickly and she is super friendly. You will not be disappointed with your stay! We will definitely be back!!

AMAZING! We stayed at this cabin for my last weekend of maternity leave before I go back to work and our children’s Spring Break. My husband wanted to take a quick trip for me to completely relax before going back to work and it was achieved! Our kids are 13, 7, 6 and 9 weeks old and everyone had an incredible time! We ate 4 meals at the cabin (ingles 13 min away) and had everything we needed to cook the food we purchased. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Front yard allowed us to play kickball & wiffle ball with the kids. We played football in the backyard. River was fun and peaceful. We loved the kayaks. The back porch is huge!! Our kids loved playing in the river and by the river. The cabin had games to play. We played cornhole on the porch while grilling. We enjoyed a fire with smores. A very perfect, fun and peaceful weekend. Michelle was very responsive and kind! The cabin was very clean! Our kids said they want to add it to our annual trips. We will be back!

Beautiful,private gated community. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, conveniently has a crib, high chair, and gates for the stairs. Clean and spacious! We loved the game room! Pool,ping pong,card table, basketball,game boards and the bar! We fished in the river down below. Very steep steps to get down there, hard to get back up! However you are able to drive down to it, and we walked the train tracks to the dock for this house! Much easier! Host is so nice, and helpful. A lot of informational books on the property which was helpful! Downtown Blue Ridge has shops and dinning, but we enjoyed just staying in the cabin! All the bedrooms are spaced out for privacy. Kitchen is stocked for all cooking needs. We seen a lot of deer and an armadillo. We would love to stay again, for a longer period of time!

This was my second time staying in the beautiful cabin right on the Toccoa river. Immediately upon entry, I feel cozy and peaceful. Opening the glass doors to hear the constant rush of the river sues my soul. The cabin looks exactly as in the pictures. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The drive into Blue Ridge and the grocery store is about 20 to 25 minutes and that was fine. I brought all the food made ahead of time so we would not have to venture out for food much. The Toccoa swinging bridge is about 10 minutes away. Fall branch Falls is about 20 minutes away, Toccoa River restaurant about 12 minutes. Amicalola falls and Elijay about 40 minutes away. Hope to return often.

After a one week stay it was hard to leave, we just wanted to call it home. The house was amazing and each bedroom felt tucked away and private. The four porches were absolutely amazing. Each level has something for everyone and provides multiple options for relaxing and enjoying company. From outdoor beds, to basket swings, rocking chairs, dining table and fabric chair swings. Our children were immensely entertained with the options! The private location gives you great views and serenity. The locals are nice (remember the neighbor was friendly) and we can’t wait to book our next vacation at the same place!
