We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a private balcony offering beautiful views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Annette’s place provided a safe refuge to relax, reflect, and recharge. Her whole place was spotless and clean, which is especially impressive because I booked this last minute with a very short turnaround time. It was literally steps away from and easily accessible to the beach; the beach essentially feels like it’s in the backyard. And the community itself is a gem — in addition to the beach, there was a nice walking path along the lagoon as well as tennis/pickleball courts. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough cooking equipment and utensils I needed to make my meals. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

We highly recommend this place! It was maybe a 1 minute walk to the beach, a restaurant, sandwich shop (with homemade ice cream bars), and little corner store for alcohol and packaged food. The balcony, which is connected to the upstairs living room, overlooks the beach with a table and a BBQ. The house was very clean, easy to check-in using the keypad combo, and overall as expected from the listing. I highly recommend this as your next beach vacay spot!

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!

Location location location! This home was steps from the beach and was so lovely to listen to the waves crashing from the comfort of our bed! Walkable to local coffee shop, deli and restaurant for yummy happy hour. 3 stories was nice for 2 families, each family had their own floor. Jaleh was very responsive if we had questions!

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We loved our stay and the beautiful views. The layout and housing was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only issues we had was that it was close to the freeway so you could hear the cars sometimes. The place is very easy to find and to get to. The only thing that may have helped was having pot holders for using the oven. Definitely follow the instructions to turn on the fan and open the window when using the stove because the fire alarm is close to the kitchen. These are really minor things. I would recommend others stay here and would have loved to stay longer otherwise.

Lilian’s home was perfect for us! We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our own space, and also our space together. The art and plants and architecture all were fun to live with. The location worked really well for us - near the beach, and easy drives to different parts of Santa Cruz and Capitola. All beautiful. Easy party at the house. Lilian was very responsive to messages. A wonderful stay.
