We had an amazing stay at Phil and Trudy's place in Port Fairy. The instructions to find the house were clear, though the location was slightly tricky to navigate at first. However, it was absolutely worth it—the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, with quick and easy access to the beach. Phil and Trudy were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even opened an extra room for us so we could work and take calls separately, which we truly appreciated. The house itself was a delight—filled with books and games to keep us entertained, including some exceptional reads about Port Fairy’s history. Plus, the nearby coffee spots were excellent, with friendly staff adding to the charm of the area. A perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Port Fairy. Highly recommend!

Chas and his wife are generous hosts with a lovely suite with an amazing view overlooking the ocean. It is a medium difficulty walk to and around Tower Hill Game Reserve which is highly recommended to visit. This time was my second stay at Illowa Park and was even better than the first. It is an easy drive from Illowa Park to Warrnambool or Port Fairy, or to lovely local beaches like Killarney. I hope to see you again in the future Chas.

Loved our girls weekend away at Barry and Laurisanne's. It's small, but very clean, homely and comfortable. Probably more designed for a couple, and it would be a lovely little get away for a couple, but the 4 of us still had room to move around. Our girls slumber party get away for the Irish festival. Laurisanne was lovely to deal with, and made us feel very welcome right from my first dealing with her. Thanks Barry and Laurisanne, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are all home now safe & sound

I booked this for my parents for the long weekend. Natalie was always responsive and easy to speak with and helpful. She even provided photos as my mum had issues with her knees of the stairs to ease her mind. The place was spotless, had everything you need, easy to get into and easy to visit all of the places in Warrnambool. Natalie also shipped an item mum left behind promptly showing how great of a host she is. Will definitely be back.

Sioban's attic style room is tastefully decorated and also spotlessly clean. It is conveniently located to the town centre .... all the pubs, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Sioban forwarded a lot of information which was really helpful. It was very quiet at night ... we didn't want to leave. Make sure you visit the lighthouse. Port Fairy is so lovely!!

Our 'Old Market Inn' apartment was extremely fresh and clean with an extremely comfortable bed, made up with lovely bed linen. Everything needed, for a stay-away from home, was thoughtfully provided. Kelly is a caring host who thinks ahead to provide any extra comfort or need that may be required. Thank you, Kelly for our delightful week in this beautifully-restored, historic building which is situated in a quiet street within a few minutes walk to the centre of town, the river and the beach.
