Great house and location, Kerrie was very easy to deal with.

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

Susie's place is really comfortable with lovely beds, well-appointed kitchen, and a relaxed vibe. Great for inner Melbourne area - walkable and lots of public transport options, but also has a car space if needed. A recommended place to stay.

Howard's place was lovely. If you have kids, you'll love the playground right outside the door of your accommodation. The equipment is a little old though. Howard calmed my poor dogs down when they were crying with anxiety after we left them for a day out in town. He was very accommodating to the last day extension to our trip; we really loved the area and wanted to stay one more day. The shower is a tight squeeze if you are a large person, you definitely cannot fit two in there! Overall, lots of space, lovely place. They gave us our privacy which we love. We would come back again!

Jack is a world-class host, super responsive and caring of his guests. The place got 2 decent size bedrooms spacious living room and beautiful back yard. The place is really close to the beach ( 3 minute walk) and 5 minute walk to Elwood village (where you can find cafes, deli, health food shops and bars). The bus station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around with public transport (1 stop from Acland street) Everything we needed Jack was fast to provide and we will definitely come back on our next visit.

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

My daughter absolutely loved the place, she love the horses and the dogs. We’ve promised each other to come back again soon! Thank you for providing such a warm and welcoming experience.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Loved the house and the layout was different but great to hang around in.

We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

Had my daughters 21st here. The best place to have a party without worring about noise restrictions. We had music blasting outside and karaoke going on inside till 5am. This place is such a vibe. Everyone asking about it and complimenting the place. Matt was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a thorough walk thorough with everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend for your next event! You will not regret it 💯🔥

Lan's place was fantastic! It was clean, tidy, and located in a great area. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable, even during a muggy Melbourne weekend.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Such a lovely place to chill out for a couple of days! Gorgeous garden, comfy bed, neat kitchen. Didn't feel like I needed to do anything! Just a note for those that sleep really lightly or really early, you are staying in the bottom half of a family house and you can hear them talking and I'm sure they can hear you, but they were respectful and quiet in the evening and we were in return. Such a lovely leafy area too, and close to so many places, but far enough to be quiet! Just lovely.

When I booked the room, I didn’t have high expectations. I just liked the location because it’s close to great food spots and convenient for walking to various places. But it turned out to be beyond expectations! The room is new, clean, has a beautiful view, and the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent. It’s fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and has outstanding security. The instructions provided were detailed but very clear if you take the time to read them. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

I had a fantastic stay at Renee’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. Renee was an amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Michelle's Docklands apartment. Great location. Nice cosy little apartment with great views. The bed was comfortable. Had a really good sleep. Great pool and spa. Definitely recommend.

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤
