Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Warrensburg

Place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Very reasonably priced too! How was easy to communicate with and expectations were very reasonable. Will definitely stay again here!

Very clean, and a great location. It was great having the host's restaurant right next door, which has fabulous food for breakfast as well as dinner. plus they deliver.

The location was nice! We were able to walk to stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfy & cozy, and felt like home. We loved the booklet they had, it gave you what delivered to the apartment, restaurants in the area, & things to do in the area, most places do not have this & we absolutely loved it! Great idea!! They even had coffee, creamer, & sugar for you to enjoy! If we are ever back in the area we would 100% stay there! We loved it! Thank you!

Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. Micheal was super kind and thoughtful and took care of anything we needed right away. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and he was out right away clearing the walkways in the freezing temps. Everything was clean and nice and we’re thankful to have stayed here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakeside property. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with lovely decks to enjoy morning coffee and evenings outside. Our host was incredibly welcoming & provided the cutest welcome gifts! Overall it was a fantastic getaway, can’t wait to return to Lake it Easy!!

Great location- clean and no issues.

The home was perfect for out multi-family visit to Warrensburg. The upstairs living area had great space for us all to gather. The porch is large and has a beautiful swing. The neighborhood is cute and well cared for. Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient, easy drive to Whiteman AirForce Base.

We had a great time! The house was clean and comfortable. Be sure to read the directions on how to find the house. The driveway was a little tricky to find, but the directions in the profile were very clear.

Beautiful location! Super cozy place. The couches were deceptively cozy!!! The deck was spacious and had a great view. The wind off the lake with the patio door open was fantastic all weekend long. Will be returning to this location.

My husband and I booked Timothy's place for our anniversary weekend. We were really wanting a restful place to get away, and this was perfect! We ate every meal on the patio so we could enjoy the lake. We only went to 1 restaurant, H. Toads, which Timothy recommended! We ended up just binge watching on Netflix one whole afternoon and evening since the couch was so comfy. The cleanup we had to do was minimal, which was very helpful since we had to leave earlier than expected for a family emergency. I think the only thing that would've made it more fun is if we had a boat to take out on the water, but that's for another trip. I also loved that the description and pictures on the listing is what we walked into. I'm always a little hesitant to book places because I don't know how truthful the pictures or listing are; but this listing is SPOT ON with the real thing! We are considering bringing our whole family back here since there is enough space for all of us. Thank you Timothy!

We had a great stay. Very large living space. Like huge!! Everything was super clean and a thoughtful host. Lots of a little things to make you stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Ted’s place was perfect for my family and i. It was just as described and more. Ted’s place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed shooting pool, cooking in the kitchen( fully equipped), had dinner on the patio while enjoying the view. Ted, thank you for welcoming us to your home. Made our spring break trip fun and memorable. According to our kids, “best airbnb”
