The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, and we truly appreciated how well-maintained everything was. It was also the perfect location, being so close to the UTV trails and nearby food options. Everything we needed was within reach, making our trip that much more enjoyable! Rented this place because it was the closest to the church where my son was getting married. Knowing that I was providing food for the rehearsal dinner, I knew I needed something with a fully equipped kitchen, and this did not disappoint. Ms Karen keeps this rental stocked with everything you might need during your stay. There is an outdoor grill to use, washer and dryer, complementary items from toothbrushes to food and anything in between. The beds are comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms (one queen and one full) and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower/tub combo and the other with only a shower). I sat outside on the covered front porch every night of my stay, and just enjoyed the sight and sound of nothing. There is ZERO light pollution and you rarely hear anything from the main road just a 1000ft from the house. I would definitely recommend Ms Karen's Yellow House and would definitely stay here again!
