Beautiful yurt 2 on a secluded, coastal site

JordanaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great time at Mill Haven Place - we stayed in the sunset yurt with our two kids and it was perfect. The woodburner in the yurt made it really cosy and the covered outdoor kitchenette was great for meal prep. The pitches are well spaced out and the design with the trees makes it feel private yet spacious. We would definitely recommend!

2 Luxury Yurts & Barn Kitchen Big Garden Sleeps 9

HayleyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Jack's property is fantastic. The unique set up of the large Yurt situated above the kitchen/bathroom is fantastic. The kitchen has modern amentities such as dishwasher, two fridges and oven whilst retaining it's character that suits the charm of the property. Plenty of space for the 7 of us but we definitely could have fit more if needed. Jack made us feel welcome, helped with bags on arrival and pointed out local amenities such as a local farmshop and scenic walks. We were able to easily travel into Llandudno from the location and even found a lovely place for breakfast in Bodnant. Perfect location for two of the Zipworld's situated in North Wales. The property is the perfect mix of modern and off grid. Already recommended to others and would 100% visit again!

Plumstone Mountain Yurt

JodieRating, 5 stars14 months ago
This booking was exactly what we expected and just what we needed! The yurt was great, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Our three children (14, 11, 6 yrs) loved the private field with space for us to play cricket, football and enjoy the trampoline, swings and fire pit. The shed kitchen was well equipped and great to cook in, and the toilet and shower were clean and well stocked. Caroline was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful with lots of local info but also respected our privacy. Caroline was quick to respond however, when we contacted her about a couple of things - the perfect host! The location was well placed for exploring the local areas, walks and beautiful beach and the homemade Welsh cakes made on site by Caroline’s son were delicious and smelt fantastic. The perfect place to relax, unwind and unplug (though lots of places to charge phones etc!). We loved it and hope to go back soon.

Reset at Oak Tree Dome

Jodie-LouiseRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I absolutely loved my stay here. Nici was extremely responsive via message, was flexible with check in and friendly on arrival...which was greatly welcomed after sitting in 5 hour traffic! The pod was exactly as described in the photos and had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days away from home. Having access to the river was a great bonus, especially for my partner who loves a cold plunge! We visited the wildlife centre on the opposite side of the river which I would recommend doing. It didn't matter that it was a cold weekend as the pod retained heat much better than anticipated so if you're concerned about that, there's no need to be 😊 We didn't use the shared area other than to wash up but I would imagine it's lovely as a communical space when the site is busier. The lockable, private bathrooms were great and very clean. We will absolutely be coming back next summer 🤍

The Orange Yurt, Old Chapel Farm, farmstay

DeeRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We stayed in the amazing, well-equipped orange yurt for three nights, enjoying beautiful views and a fire each night. We've travelled to a lot of places, but the way Kevin and Fran open their home to people is unrivalled, always with a smile and a warm welcome. The family have dedicated their boundless energy to making the miraculous a reality. It's a place where guests are able to relax in the peace of the tranquil surroundings unhindered, or potentially welcomed to see a little of the magical projects that take place during their stay. It's amazing to see life on a working farm, alongside the exciting projects that abound across the site and the new community centre in the local town, where we enjoyed tasting an array of treats from the cafe under Merlin's care. We also visited the Neolithic village, which is just incredible! It's a life changing place, and comes with the potential of meeting a wide array of inspiring people who live and visit the farm. There's nothing else like it.

The Olive Tree

EllaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful farm setting stay in a yurt, everything you need for basic glamping with extras like goats and fresh eggs. The yurt has solar powered charging box which kept our phones going throughout our stay. The yurt keeps the heat of the day well and even though it has a log burner we didn’t need to use it. Some how we did have many visitors during our stay including snails, spiders and daddylonglegs so keep that in mind if you don’t like bugs

Embrace the Space-Luxury 7m yurt & Hippy Hot Tub

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We are back from 3 nights staying in one of the luxury yurts with our 3 kids and we loved it here! The accommodation is comfy, cosy and has everything you need. The outdoor space was perfect for cooking on the open fire whilst also having access to our own little kitchen. Really nice to have our own toilet/shower too. We loved the hot tub/bath and we used this whilst watching the sun setting. Really glad we could bring our dog along with us and we loved visiting local beaches, waterfalls, woodland walks and reconstruction of an Iron Age settlement too. Highly recommend staying here 💛

Magical Welsh Woodland Yurt

RussellRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Despite the cold weather, the Yurt is cozy and warm, comfortable, well equipped, secluded and set in beautiful woodland making it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Rob is the perfect host making you feel at home as soon as you arrive and providing everything need for your stay. The facilities are A1. The cooking and bathroom areas were very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the shower is far better than we have at home! I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and definitely will be returning. Thanks for everything Rob, we loved our stay.

Artistic Creative Retreat, yes! this is the one!

LauraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Angie's cottage is in very peaceful and secluded valley. Full of interesting books and permaculture magazines that we found very hard to put down - it is the perfect earthing station! The bed is enormous and extremely comfortable, the surrounding environment is very quiet and it is easy to sleep there. The kitchen supplied everything we needed for cooking and there was even a kind gift of some delicious chocolate biscuits left for us on the counter. There was also a gorgeous bunch of fresh garden flowers arranged in a vase to decorate the space and welcome us 'home'. The bathroom is large and airy with a good shower and heated towel rail. The living space has snug armchairs with blankets and there is a wood burning fire for colder nights. Outside the cottage there is a table and seating in a sunny spot so we ate most meals there. Beautiful countryside surrounds the cottage for local walks. We were lucky enough to enjoy a sound bath run by Angie - it was amazing - we recommend it!

Mountain view yurt, copper bath & outdoor shower

DominicRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed over the August bank holiday and found it to be a lovely way to spend the bank holiday. The host greeted us upon our arrival which was a really nice touch, she gave us all relevant information regarding our stay and the local area... including walking directions to the nearest pub (see review on the carpenters) We stayed in Mimis tree yurt and found it to be perfectly situated as it was the first yurt you pass with its own parking space located within walking distance of the yurt, great for loading and unloading the car. The yurt was well maintained & clean. It had a very rustic feel to it, more rustic than other yurts we have stayed in, it was nice. The outdoor shower was hot, and the bath was incredible! The log burner heats up the yurt perfectly for chillier nights....pay attention regardless of it being a warmer day the yurt really does get chilly over night do not underestimate the temperature! Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay.

Rowan Yurt at The Secret Yurts

TadasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow, this must be the best place we have ever stayed at! It was our first experience in a yurt and the yurt was just brilliant and very cozy! Hot tub outside the yurt was just perfect to relax in in the evening, nice and warm for this cold weather and cleaned regularly. Lots of delicious food a little drive away from the site, well worth trying! We were made to feel very comfortable and nothing was too much of an ask from Michelle and Phil. We'll definitely be coming back again!

Luxury Mongolian Yurt at Ffynnonwen 5 mins. to sea

OliviaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a week in Wales and this was our favourite spot by far. Hosts are both very down to earth and friendly. Very generous, cake, eggs, wine, milk, wow thank you!!! The cosiest and most well equipped yurt I’ve stayed in. Bathroom 11/10, proper luxury for an outdoor compost loo. Totally peaceful, private, warm, great lighting made for dreamlike ambience. Ahhhh I’d live here in a heart beat if Lindsey and Lloyd ever wanted a permanent resident!!..? ;) thanks a million. Highly recommend you visit their site. Thanks again!!!

Seren Saith yurt and open lodge

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay here, the location is remote, you're surrounded by fields and horses. The yurt was a lovely experience, but the thing we really loved was the outdoor living area. It was great to sit in the open cabin with the wood burner with the sound of rain, it's like having a living room in the middle of nature. Unfortunately it was overcast for our stay but I would imagine on a clear night the stars would be amazing, we're hoping to return and to avoid the clouds next time. We loved it.

The Yurt Glyncoch Isaf

BethRating, 5 stars19 months ago
We had a lovely stay in the yurt. We were a bit worried about it being cold because we went in March, but there was no need to worry as the log burner kept everything very cosy. Leanne was always very quick to respond if we had any questions and everything we needed was provided for us to make breakfast and dinner at the yurt. We really enjoyed our stay here - it felt like a real countryside escape.
