Monthly Rentals in Wake

We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable, peaceful stay in this house and took advantage of the waterfront for fishing off the dock and canoeing in the bay. The open plan kitchen and family room were great for relaxing and the picture windows were spectacular. While the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, we highly recommend a visit to the Merroir Tasting Room and Deltaville Tap & Rawbar.

Byron's place was outstanding and it was great to get to know Byron's during the time that I stayed there. The location was perfect for me because I was working on a project in Deltaville. Byron stayed in touch and was responsive to my questions. The place is super quiet and peaceful and I think it would be perfect for a romantic getaway. Google Maps made it easy to find. Everything in the place was brand new, sparkling clean and well laid out. I plan to visit again when I'm back in the area.

A fantastic place, cosy and peaceful. Everything is as advertised: cute rooms, immediate access to the river where the boys spent lots of time kayaking, awesome options outside for bbq, drinks, reading a book, chatting under de shade or in the sun. Overall a great retreat, quiet and beautiful all around. And what s more, our host did everything right and was super helpful. Will definitely go back!

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!
