Monthly Rentals in Wailuku River

This house in ​​Papaikou is surrounded by nature, waking up to the chirping of birds in the morning and sleeping to the croaking of coqui frogs at night. I had a very relaxing time. The two hosts were very kind and supported and taught me a lot. I would definitely like to come back if I have the opportunity. Mahalo.

It was great to stay at Raul’s place. He was very responsive. The area is very peaceful and beautiful. The kids also liked to look at the goats and ducks

Had a lovely stay at Mark and Sharon’s. Was there for a 12-day cleanse at nearby Angel Farms. It was quiet and comfortable. The only caution I would offer is that the internet connection is hit or miss. Which wasn’t a big deal for me. But if that is something that is critical for you, then maybe this isn’t the best spot. Otherwise, 5-Stars!

Truly a hidden gem. It feels secluded, safe and enjoyable atmosphere. The host is very responsive and has provided us with everything we needed. They even gave us a welcome basket - chocolates, macadamia nuts and some biscuits. They have two dogs, one in particular named buddy that greeted me often (so cute!) and we were able to enjoy our time with the ponies. Every morning I would have the coffee they provided (very good!), on the patio, looking out at their beautiful scenery awhile listening to the birds. The space is good for 2 guests. Unfortantely the bed was small because I am quite a tall lady but very comfortable ! We were able to use washer and dryer. Wifi is readily available and host will even make it stronger if you ask - perfect for planning what to do for the next day! Great cellphone reception. It's a great location as it takes 30 minutes into Hilo or 30 minutes to the Volcano National Park. I plan to be back next year and I recommend anyone to stay here!
