Vacation rentals in Wabonga

We loved our stay here!! The mountain views were incredible and we enjoyed cooking on the fire. The yurt was also very cosy and the rustic wood fired bath and facilities only added to the whole experiences. Sharon was a great host and gave clear instructions on how to get there. We would love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Stephen's tiny home! The views were stunning and every moment at the property felt peaceful and special. We enjoyed visits from the native birds and the company of the two nearby goats, and we also saw some kangaroos and a wombat nearby the property on our drive back from town. It was exactly the country escape from the city that we hoped for. Sitting by fire pit in the evening whilst sipping on local wine and toasting marshmallows was absolute bliss! Stephen was very communicative, and super friendly when we bumped into him on one occasion. We would highly recommend the stay and we are really looking forward to coming back again.

This is a perfect hideaway surrounded by beautiful places. Ty was very helpful in giving detailed recommendations and providing everything we needed. Thanks for making it a great experience for us!

This house is simply amazing. The most comfortable house with great mattresses and couches. The mountain surrounding is so beautiful that you can simply sit at the deck or on the couch all day just to admire the view. One of the best we’ve stayed so far! We felt like we’ve walked into a brand new house as you can still smell the new paint/furniture. Love the big dining table and comfy chairs, and the couch of course! Another surprise is the pony at the back of the neighbour’s yard, who came so close to welcome us and quietly be with us. It’s great to say hello and goodbye each day with our new friend. Bruce welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and biscuits, which is very nice way to start the stay! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to bring their family a getaway at Warburton!

Pobblebonk was a beautiful space to stay for the weekend. The self check in process was very simple and the place was extremely clean and well maintained. There were many amenities to ensure our comfort during our stay and it was a very cosy place. We got to hear the pobblebonk frogs numerous times during our stay which was also very pleasant! Pobblebonk was a very quiet, spacious, and tidy place to stay and we would highly recommend it for a weekend getaway (or even longer!)

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we required and more. It was an ideal location for us to attend a nearby wedding, and we enjoyed exploring Healesville too. The view from the balcony was incredible, and we loved watching all the birds in the morning.

Stayed with Chas over the Australia Day weekend. Lovely little cottage, gorgeous views, walking distance to Whitfield and 5 min to a swimming hole at Gentle Annie. An added bonus were breakfast provisions and a coffee machine. The best part was the hammock - watching the sunset and then stargazing over a glass of complimentary Prosecco (a lovely touch). Appreciate all the local intel on wineries and attractions. Will definitely stay with Chas again!

The staff at Michelin winery were lovely and left us a bottle of their wine to welcome us. It was spacious and had plenty of books and games for kids. A short walk to town and close to the mosaic trail too.

Great place and hosted well. Activities for kids were great.
