Vacation rentals with a patio in Ventnor

We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

It was a very clean place that exceeded our expectations. A slightly earlier check-in and later checkout would have been preferred, as we were only staying one night and didn’t get to spend much time at the accom. Other than that - many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great location and easy to get into. The apartment was very clean and everything as described and close to Local shops and restaurants. Simon was very responsive and helpful, will stay again for sure.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this tranquil stay in such a lovely apartment. We enjoyed a game of mini golf and a swim in the pool. Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

We had a great time at Carmela’s place! It was very clean, easy to access and was in a very convenient location. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a family catch up. Close to all amenities and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking a meal. There were sufficient plates, cutlery, cups etc for more than 3 meals. There were books and games for indoor activities. The apartment was clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a home away from home. It was an easy drive to the tourist spots in Mornington Peninsula. Thank you Vanya and Zoran for the stay.

Great location and nice new house for a family trip. Had all the things you need. Communication and check in were also great!

Great place, very clean and modern. We only stayed for one night. The only thing that bothered us was the next door house guest was very loud on the outdoor pool up till 1am in the morning. and since the house has a shared wall with next door (duplex town house), you can hear their music and voices.

Andrew's place was beautiful and suited us for the night. Andrew was lovely to deal with and very accommodating to our early check in and out needs. I recommend this place for a future stay. Thank you Andrew

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

John and Fiona’s place is excellent. It’s in a great location with only a short walk to the beach, main cafes and shops. John and Fiona were easy to communicate with and were helpful throughout our stay.
