Monthly Rentals in Vance

We were only in town for one night to return Family back to their home and needed some place for Myself, my Son and our well behaved dog, Mika (pronounced Meeka). We found the place very cozy and comfortable and a huge backyard for Mika since we got in really late. The house was perfect and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would love to come back when we have time to explore the area. Thank you so much, Tyler for accommodating us all at such a short notice.

The house was great! Very convenient location for a football game. There were some noisy neighbors very late at night, but no complaints about the house itself.

This house was beautiful inside and out. Love the fact the laundry was upstairs. Mykyla even had packages of toothbrushes and toothpaste which was extremely helpful seem out of 4 of us i was the only one who brought mine. Mykyla had detailed instructions for check in and check out which was extremely helpful. She also provided disney and hulu for us to watch. Everytime i sent a message to her she was very quick to respond. Also she is very sweet and kind. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Talked to a few neighbors in passing everyone was very respectful. I definitely would stay here again. I know the rating only goes up to 5 but id definitely say this is more of a 10. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again Mykyla for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I’m a traveling Lineman and stay a lot different places and to be honest this is probably one of my favorite little places I’ve stayed so far. It’s clean, quiet and safe. Would stay here again !
