Monthly Rentals in Uptown, Minneapolis

The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

A great place to stay for a few days in Minneapolis. This is a cute ground floor unit in a triplex with ample room for two (and an extra sofa bed and trundle if you have kids along). Nicely redone while maintaining some of the original charm of the 100+ year old building. Very quiet and easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and transportation. Street parking worked fine for us, though one evening we had to park a block away (no big deal). Katie was very responsive and accommodating (even overnighting in a coffee grinder when I asked if they had one). The only thing we wished was different was a slightly firmer bed, but that is just personal preference.

Loved this Airbnb. The place was a great size for a studio with a separate office area and everything was fully stocked and supplied. Emily, as an individual Airbnb owner, had lots of thoughtful touches like little snacks in the kitchen, towels already laid out and high end bath products, which really stands out from the corporate owners. The place is half a block from the lakes in Mpls and in the heart of uptown. Very walkable to everything. And Emily reached out several times to make sure I had everything and was comfortable. I feel like this is now my home away from home when I visit family in the area.
