Absolutely phenomenal stay at Bourton-on-the-Water. We had a fantastic time, lots of amazing places to visit, relax and just enjoy the Cotswolds for all their beauty. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Amber Cottage. It was absolutely spotless, and beautifully decorated/furnished. Steve and Nicala are wonderful and responsive hosts. They truly have thought of everything and we appreciated all of the special little touches throughout. The location was perfect - close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is bright sunny with a gorgeous garden to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend Amber Cottage wholeheartedly. Thank you Steve and Nicala!

We had a wonderful stay at Lark’s Nest. From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. The property has everything you could need as well as extra touches such as a gift basket on arrival and torches to take with you at night. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely couple of days in the cottage staying with uni friends and a dog. Brilliant location in beautiful surroundings. We walked from the cottage to Bourton-on-the-Water on the Saturday through gorgeous Lower Slaughter, stopping off for a drink on the way back in the lovely sunshine. Loads of great walks close by. The kitchen was great with everything needed to cook a full dinner if need be (we didn't). Plenty of plates, bowls, pans, trays, glasses etc. and the 2 fridges were great! I also loved the fact that the towels were bath sheets (my personal bugbear is small towels). Would definitely stay again .
