Monthly Rentals in Upper East Side, Manhattan

I had a wonderful time. I was in New York City for about 6 weeks over a 2.5 month period and rented the room for the entire time. The building was a spectacular 150 year old Brownstone in a wonderful neighborhood in the mid-/upper-east side. It was a relatively quite neighborhood and was easy to get around the entire city. The Rear Library room had great ambiance, was clean, and was a perfect place for this relatively short term stay. Lia, the owner was accommodating and very helpful when I planned the trip and during my stay. If I every have a similar need for a rental in New York City, I will stay at 1871 House again.

Hope's place was spotless and in a great neighborhood. She even allowed me to check in an hour and a half earlier which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for almost two months and was happy I had a homey, cozy place while I was in between more permanent accommodations. It had everything to make you feel at home, in a great location, near the subway. Any issues or questions the hosts answered right away. I was so spoiled from the weekly cleaning and laundry don't know what I'll do now that I'm gone!
