Condo vacation rentals in Tybee Island

Gloria was kind and responsive via text messages. The condo was perfect for a long weekend. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts!

Wonderful location and view of the beach as well as the pool was great! Comfortable bed and sitting area. Kitchen set up nicely.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Close to great shopping, and restaurants. Ansermo was quick to respond and was a great host.

We had a great stay! The only downfalls were the floors could’ve been cleaner, there was only 1 beach chair and the listing had 5 beds, there were only 4. I planned to take 4 teens(who don’t like sleeping together), but we had someone back out, so it worked out(maybe just update pics). This was a main selling point for me initially though. Positives include the privacy, great walkway to the beach, the restaurant on the beach was great, location was perfect, the linens/beds were clean/comfy, and the indoor activities were convenient. As an improvement, maybe explain how/where to get into the buildings because the upper levels are not connected to the middle activity area inside. I liked being able to give my teens some freedom to hang out by the indoor pool/hot tub alone without worrying about them being out & about alone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and polite, the rates were good, would recommend!

My family had a great trip to HHI. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but my 5 & 8 year olds handled it just fine. There are two beach access points equal distances - One with stairs and one with a ramp if you have a cart. We appreciated the end unit so I didn’t feel like people could hear our kids dancing in the living room. On the flip side if you are a light sleeper I would definitely pack a portable fan to drown out the neighbors since your bedrooms back up to their living room. Thanks for a wonderful space!

We had a great time at the condo. The indoor pool was awesome. The location was great and easily walkable to the beach and to lots of great restaurants. The place was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Some minor things that I would’ve liked, larger drinking glasses and towels for the beach/pool. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind when packing for your stay. We really had a great time and I’d recommend this place and would definitely book again.

My family absolutely enjoyed the stay! Christine was very transparent and responsive. The Condo is in a great space and has walkable activities. The hot tub was great, and the family enjoyed the outdoor space. Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

We had a family gathering at Terese's place, and everything was perfect! The condo is beautiful. It's only a few blocks from the beach, with a fun, giant pavilion and boardwalk. We walked to several great restaurants. They were only steps away from the condo. All of the beds were comfy. The master bedroom and bath are awesome! Outside is a huge deck overlooking the community pool. We would stay on Tybee Island again. It was a lot of fun and a short drive to downtown Savannah. Terese was very attentive and always answered us quickly. Very nice!

We had the best spring break with our young kids! The indoor pool and access to tennis and pickle ball made all the difference in our week at the beach. Even the walk to the beach the kids were able to enjoy while riding their scooters. We will definitely be back!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to our questions. My only complaint is that the refrigerator is somewhat noisy.

The sun rise is beautiful! And be sure to check out the sunset when the tide is low. The Hidden Gem has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We appreciated having a screened in porch a washer/dryer with laundry soap and security that controls entry. For bike riders, the paths by the complex are in good shape. Location is fantastic; out of the congestion but very easy to navigate to all parts of the island and to Bluffton. Theresa thank you for sharing the Hidden Gem with us. We had a wonderful time.

Great spot to stay in Hilton Head for our family. Beach was only a 5 minute walk and the two private beach walkways were a plus. (Brought us to a less crowded section of beach). The heated pool was great for the kids. The condo was very baby safe for our 10 month old. Having a beach cart/chairs/toys available for use was definitely a plus! Being on the first floor was great for packing/unpacking after a day at the beach. Planning on staying here again for our next trip to Hilton Head.

We loved staying at Natasha’s place in Fiddler’s Cove. It is a close walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect to enjoy so many places on the island.

Spacious and comfortable furniture and beds. Had a few questions regarding Palmetto Dunes after staying there and Kevin was very responsive. Large refrigerator and ample counter space for in-stay dining. Excellent location relative to beach, tennis/pickleball courts and golf.

What a beautiful location! Condo had everything we needed and more! And Amy was so kind and responsive! Hilton Head is the most beautiful beach we've visited as a family!
