Great place to stay! I definitely recommend for anyone. The host was responsive and the place was exactly as described.

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

Wonderful Guest House! Very comfortable bed & well stocked kitchen. Location was a great homebase as we explored Shawnee and Kansas City. We enjoyed meeting John and Cora (and their dogs.). They were friendly and helpful. We hope to return this summer and use the pool!

I had a nice stay overall! The place was spacious, comfortable, and matched the photos. Communication with the host was clear and helpful throughout. There were a few small issues during the stay, but the host was responsive and worked to address them. The location was convenient and the neighborhood felt safe. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Monica’s house was beautiful and better than pictures (if that’s possible)!!! She was very helpful and responsive when I reached out. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Easy and reasonable clean up.

This Airbnb was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s much bigger and even better in person. It was super clean, well-stocked, and perfect for my family. The extra room with bunk beds and an extra bathroom was a great surprise for the kids! Jessica was quick to respond, and the living room setup made for awesome movie/game night! The property is beautiful with plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend for families, and the host should update the pictures to show how great this place really is!

Cute and cozy!!! This condo has amazing views of nature from the living room. This space was the perfect size and had everything I needed. Very welcoming of Kip, my Yorkie! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Lawrence for fun or business. I was able to get some work done on my computer at the well lit dining room table. Space is quiet and I appreciated the private and covered parking space since it was a rainy day.

Avalon House in a nutshell was perfect! The furniture was comfortable and the beds were amazing. I woke up pain free every day of my stay. I haven’t done that in months maybe even years! The kitchen is beautiful, you can tell there was a lot of TLC in this home with the design elements. Plenty of room for my family and my dog. The location is very ideal. Close to 3 major roads yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I will absolutely be back and if you are traveling to Topeka, you really need to look up Jack’s properties. You will be glad you did!

A beautiful and unique apartment. Lovely windows and skylights throughout. Very walkable, super clean & tidy. Awesome experience! It made for a wonderful weekend in Lawrence. I will definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for a group trip! I didn’t travel with my family but I would definitely choose this place if I ever come back with my family as it was kid friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Location was convenient to Mass Street. There is some street noise from 9th Street, but this didn't bother us. House was amazing. Felt large and was very easy to feel right at home. Lots of charm. Nice and clean. Would stay here again!

Very well done place! Very comfortable, cozy, nice ambiance, great place to stay. The neighborhood looks a little like it is in the process of being refreshed with some nice areas and other rougher looking places, but it seems safe and it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of care put into the renovation of this place. Alexa was great and played whatever type of music you wanted to hear. Overall, I really liked staying here.

The charm of the home, the amenities and coziness of interior along with the welcoming host and overall location made this a great choice

This was a wonderful stay. The house was cozy, very clean and spacious. In a nice central location where the drive to most places we went was less than 10 minutes. Justin was kind and quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Would highly recommend and would book again if back in town.🙂

This was the perfect little getaway for the night for my daughter and I. It was so cozy and quiet and we had a blast playing all the available games. We both felt asleep watching movies on the giant couch it was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and greeted us when we arrived and assured to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Me and a couple guys came out for work and stayed at this beautiful house.Very peacefull,felt right at home,and the farm cat was an awesome kitty😊 if your looking for an air BNB ,this is the one! I didnt want to leave it was that amazing!

Nice appliances. Older home, but well kept. One door was too low, my son - in - law kept hitting his head.

This was a really unique and peaceful stay. We absolutely loved the animals and the front porch and the hospitality! We were already talking about coming back when we arrived, lol.

Home was clean and as described in the description. Easy check in process and Erin was very responsive with any questions!

If you are looking for the off grid getaway this is the spot. The Batch Tiny House Was an absolute Blessing. The Tiny House could not be any more perfect. The Outdoor Space is magical.. getting to listen to all the wildlife was soo relaxing and calming... This Has Been the Most Peaceful Stay EVER. Now about the host Absolute Perfect... It Felt Like I Made A Friend thats How Amazing Jenne is. Our Dog Freddy was in heaven being able to explore with clear trailes all throughout the property and All The Sounds and Smells.. Freddy our dog meet his new girlfriend Sky Girl... Sky Girl was absolutely the sweetest.. When we would pull into the property She would lead us to the Batch absolute Adorable.. 1 thing is don't forget the binoculars... we did but we wont next time

Karen's home was perfect for our stay. Extremely quiet and peaceful! Wanted to try the homemade banana nut bread that she made, but unfortunately allergic to bananas. Highly recommend for those that just want to get away and enjoy some peace. Just like home when I was much younger. Can't say enough good things about Karen's place.
