Vacation rentals in Tonbridge and Malling District

I can not recommend this house and Ben the host enough. The house is beautiful, homely and has a fantastic amenities to accommodate our stay. The house is huge, we couldn't believe the amount of space we had. It is an amazing location, within a few minutes walk of all the top spots of Brighton. Ben is great for offering tips and recommendations of things to do and places to go in the local area. Thank you so much Ben, we will certainly be back the next time we are in Brighton.

A great find in a great location. If you’re after direct access to the beach and a short drive ( or walk for the energetic ) to a number of great pubs and restaurants then this is the place. The coffee hut round the corner was perfect for refreshments and snacks and Garden is a beautiful sun trap. Loved the games and ping pong, decor is cozy and stylish. Lovely place in a fantastic location. Uncluttered and beautifully presented with everything we needed. Having parking and outdoor space in such a central Brighton location is a real bonus. Will definitely come back!

Great place - well equipped and very stylish!!

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Absolutely perfect! Could not recommend this place enough. The flat is so stylish and comfortable, and 20 min walk to the centre of Brighton. Will defo be back! Thanks Alan!

This was a unique stay - exactly as shown in the photographs, the Mill has been renovated by Clare with love and style in equal measure and is a very special place to stay. We saw it when Sandi Toksvig visited for her travel programme and I vowed to visit at some point. A beautiful spot with lots to do around it in gorgeous Kent. Highly recommend visiting Dixter House and Gardens btw.

Comfy, cosy, well equipped - perfect for our mini break. Julie is lovely & super quick to respond. Nothing bad 2 say .. we had a lovely stay TY 😁
