Monthly Rentals in Tolt River

We really enjoyed our extended stay at the apartment. It was nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The space was comfortable and ideal for a longer stay, offering plenty of room to relax and work remotely, with excellent wifi speeds. Our hosts were communicative and responsive, making the experience even more pleasant. The location is great- situated near mountains for easy access to outdoor adventures and not far from Seattle. Being close to grocery stores and other amenities also made it easy to settle in and fully enjoy our time in the area.

It's a decent sized studio house situated next to the host's full sized house. Basically a mother in law. Beds were comfy, 2 queen and a convertible couch with an option to set up a twin size foam mattress or a queen inflatable. Lots of options, we fit our family of 5 just fine. Kitchen had what we needed to cook and the coffee/tea set up was nice. Fridge worked great. Clean and comfortable. If you're very allergic to cats or dogs, bring some allergy medicine, since it's a pet friendly place. It's clean but if your allergies are acute you might still react, you know how it goes. 😏

Kirsten was a great host. Attentive to every detail and offering expert guidance into restaurants, tourist activities, etc. The studio itself was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. One of the highlights for me was the deck. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. I ate breakfast on the deck as the sun rose, with sun rays streaming through the trees. In the evening, I lounged back with a coffee, marveling as the sun set over the treetops, turning the sky a beautiful golden hue. The location was also perfect. Far enough away to avoid the city din of daily construction work, late-night sirens, loud neighbors, or screaming children - yet still within 10 minutes of Safeway and Starbucks, and only 20-30 minutes to downtown Redmond. If you are seeking a picturesque nature getaway without leaving the comforts and conveniences of home, this is it.

Diane is a great host and responds quickly. The home is comfortable and has all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. There is a gem of a record collection to be enjoyed. It is secluded so there is an enjoyable drive through beautiful surroundings.
