The Roman Road offers great walking and biking opportunities. We also have Chilford Hall Vineyard right on our doorstep. The historic market town of Saffron Walden is 8 miles away, Newmarket the home of racing 12, The Imperial War Museum at Duxford 13.

Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Pop is happy to serve breakfast either traditional Full English Breakfast or Cereal/fruit/yoghurt all served with toast, marmalade/Jam, Orange Juice, Tea/Coffee. This would be served in the Old Stables and the cost would be £10 per person.

The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.
