Needed a place to stay in or near Durant. This place was available and way better than getting a hotel. Has a nice kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and the bed was super comfy! We appreciate the host and responsive in messaging. And if you need a place to stay definitely don’t hesitate and book your stay you won’t regret it! We would have stayed longer if we could. Definitely will be back!

The little house was perfect and came with everything you needed to an extended stay even though I was only there for an evening. Very clean, loved the little patio and not far from downtown Gainesville. Trey was very responsive and an excellent host!

Kareem was great! Extremely friendly, responded quickly, and even checked in during the middle of our stay just to make sure everything was going well. The guesthouse had everything we needed for our 5 night stay and was very clean. The location was very nice and we felt comfortable the entire time. I'd highly recommend this place and will reach out to Kareem and his wife when we are back in town to visit with our kids and grandchildren.

My Wife and I stayed here just for a weekend getaway and we absolutely loved it!! Scott was very helpful and very kind to us. The location is in a great spot, not too busy but still much to do. The trailer had everything that we needed, we really enjoyed the gas stove and charcoal grill. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
