House vacation rentals in Tempe

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

We had a terrific stay. The heated pool was amazing with chillier mornings but hotter afternoons. The house was bigger than we expected and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. When we had questions, Hedy was extremely responsive. The location was great as we wanted to visit people in both Phoenix and Chandler. Once we got to know the area a little more we realized we didn’t always have to get on the interstate either! And we really enjoyed the fairly close Arizona Train Museum (only open on weekends). We really enjoyed the house and stay overall!

10/10 would recommend this spot for a family stay in phoenix! Great accommodations and they thought of everything. The place was safe, they had a strong net-fence around the pool, the neighborhood was full of sidewalks and excellent for morning walks! The Pack n play was already set up when we got there and our kids loved their bunk bed! It’s 10 min from the zoo (a must go for all families) and a quick hike up hole-in-the-rock. Not far from other great hikes and big parks / splash pads. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hosts and have already recommended it to our friends.

We would absolutely go back to this place, especially this being our first experience in Arizona!! The pool is so relaxing and enjoyable! I loved that the door to the backyard had a handle on the top of the door so I felt comfortable having kids at this place! We felt right at home! Brian was easy to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner!

I have to say, Alyssa and Claire were amazing hosts. The place was great, spacious, like the app says, and clean. The pool was very inviting, and it came with all the floaty toys necessary for an enjoyable experience. The part that made our stay the best though was that Alyssa and Claire communicated exceptionally well with us. We had a flight faux pas at the beginning and they were helpful in making it work for all of us, they also helped accommodate us at the end of the trip as well. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. It’s well worth the money, and then some. We will stay here again

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The backyard was beautiful & we got lots of use out of the heated pool & hot tub. Also Ashley had thought of everything we could have wanted, needed & more with extra toothbrushes, snacks, shampoo, even finger nail clippers! We really appreciated all the thought that went into that! It was well stocked & had a nice park close by which my kids enjoyed. It was a wonderful place & we’d love to come back!

This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful, newly updated home in Midtown Phoenix. Close to shopping and restaurants and the freeways. We needed an extended stay for six weeks and Dana was willing to accommodate our request. Loved the pool!

Clean and large space with huge living area and kitchen. My niece loved the playroom! Super kid and family friendly, neighborhood felt like home

Enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location in Sun City for us to visit family. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable, and Mathew was responsive and friendly.

Loved our weekend getaway at Liviu’s place. The house is nicely updated inside and out. It’s very spacious and was more than enough room for 2 people, easily would fit a family or 2 couples. The master bed and couch were very comfy. The record player and piano were nice touches. We enjoyed the hottub, though I do recommend turning it down when you arrive - on the highest setting it’s very hot but set to 102-103 was great! We loved the pool table though they sincerely need to invest in a short stick as the room it’s in is too small to use a regular stick from all angles. That’s and no water dispenser (so make sure you bring some gallons or bottles) are our only complaints! We ended up not leaving the house all weekend which was just what we needed. Would stay here again!

Clean home! I love it here! Very responsive! Not having a washer/dryer seemed bad at first but the laundromat is close by within a 5 minute drive. Everything in here was wonderful. We comfortably slept 9 you can sleep more with the air mattresses they had available. 9.5/10 stay

Hidden gem close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. I will absolutely stay here again!

The home is compact - but has everything you need. Location was great for a course I was doing. And when I needed to venture further afield, a lot of things were walkable. Kimberley was great with communicating - particularly important as I was coming in from overseas. Checkin was flexible and easy enough. I am thinking of returning to do another course and will stay here again.

It accommodated my whole family perfectly. Check in and check out was easy. I super appreciated that the kitchen had great kitchenware to work with. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy! The host was very responsive and immediately addressed any concerns we had. The host worked quickly to ensure we had all our needs met.

This was wonderful place to relax...we spent most of our time outside on the patio soaking in the views and ample sunshine. We also appreciated the ability to be outside under shade as well! Would love to return again in the future.

Leah was great! and the place was fantastic. Probably a bit better than advertised actually. My family really enjoyed the stay and felt very much at home right from the get go. Very cozy interior, and the backyard, pool, and patio were gorgeous! I loved the amenities and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Only wish the shower head was on a hook so you could bring it lower, my daughter is disabled & it’s easier for her but I never mentioned that when I used the Airbnb. Next time I come to Arizona, I will love to use this place again, It was so close to my niece.
