Monthly Rentals in Sudbourne

Fantastic location for exploring Suffolk's lovely countryside and beaches. Felt right at home the minute we walked into the property. It was spacious, cosy and relaxing with all the home comforts you need. The garden was amazing and our dog Pip absolutely loved it. An added bonus was the fact that the property is in a dark skies area, which made stargazing a real treat. The welcome pack was really helpful for discovering some lovely pubs and beaches, and the selection of local drinks and nibbles was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend staying here to explore Suffolk.

Lovely, clean and cosy accommodation. The studio was really comfortable and well equipped. Lydia was very friendly. Perfect in every way.

We stayed at the Summerhouse for about a week over the Easter holidays with our 1 and 6 year old. We loved it and would definitely return. Miranda made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. The shared games room and trampoline were big hits with our boys. It was so great to have an enclosed garden they could safely play in and be seen easily from indoors. We also liked puddle spotting after a rainy afternoon along the long lane that takes you onto the farm and walking along the edges of the field! Easy to get to without a car with the Katch bus service and lots to enjoy on the doorstep with Snspe Maltings a 10 min walk away. From there, we took a boat trip, walked with the RSPB and did a family music workshop as well as walking in and around the beautiful landscape.

Thank you Wendy and Guy for such a warm welcome. The photos did not do the Boatyard justice! The lovely welcome pack of your homemade lemon drizzle cake and baguette, along with eggs from your chickena, plus milk and butter, started our mini break up off to a great start. The view of Orford Castle and allotments from the windows, and from the very comy bed too, were wondeful. Huge walk in shower! It was such a peaceful place to stay. Aiming to return very soon.
