The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

Host was good, speaks English, and House is really good, from the house location it is easy reach all places in ULM, 1min walk to tram station and bus stop.

Absolutely recommended! The place and the hosts enchanted me completely – pure vacation feeling and well-being guaranteed. Kerstin and her husband are just so sweet and helpful, have the best tips for the place and surroundings. The apartment is very quiet, modern, bright and friendly and well equipped. The shared use of the courtyard has special charm. They are just as available for a chat as for privacy. There are great shopping options and good accessibility to the train station. Just a very nice location in a great place. I felt absolutely comfortable and would love to come back at the next opportunity.

Great vacation rental in an absolutely quiet location. The house was very thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail, you lack nothing. Very cozy, lots of indirect lighting, cozy atmosphere. The view from bed is fantastic. Everything is very clean. The landlords are very open and helpful people who are always trying to make you feel comfortable. We arrived and felt right at home. Incidentally, we did not notice any unpleasant odors, as described in the previous review.

The most well stocked kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. The two floors that were part of our rental were extremely clean and well prepared for guests. This is a great location for visiting the Black Forest area in Germany. Highly responsive host.

Thank you Francoise for hosting us. We had a lovely stay. Business within easy walking distance, quiet neighborhood, small playground if you have children at the end of the street. Pleasant to spend the evening on the veranda.

Pleasant stay. The apartment matches the photos. Very quiet, you can sleep and recover. Good location, in 10 minutes you can reach the center by transport. Highly recommended!

We didn't miss anything! I highly recommend the place especially because of the good location in terms of hiking trails to the waterfall and ruins.

Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth.I contacted them because there was no toilet paper, and they delivered it immediately!
