Apartments in Germany

Vibehome Düsseldorf - M02
I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk to the vibrant Tokyo Life area in Düsseldorf. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was also very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Cozy apartment near the Rhine
The welcome was very warm. Regina was able to give us very good information about the area, etc. and was very helpful. The apartment is clean and superbly equipped, nothing is missing.

Skyline Mannheim
A very nice place to stay in Mannheim.

Apartments in the Hostel am Schäfersee_08
Very good experience. The place perfectly matches the photos. Really convenient place next to a metro station. Mina is very responsive for anything and nice as we had this trip booked last summer but we had a serious issue last minute and we weren’t able to make it, they changed our booking without any charging. Definitely recommended, I would for sure come back :)

Heart of Munich appartement
We had a great time at this place! Everything was there for a pleasant stay: comfort, cleanliness, tranquility and an ideal location. Thanks to our host for hosting us and for being available. A beautiful place to keep precious!

Apartment directly at the university, close to the city quiet chic
I immediately felt comfortable in Thomas and Anja's beautiful apartment! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning supplies/ vacuum cleaners were also available if you want to clean in between. Enough cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a large closet!) The location is quiet but super practical: in 5 minutes' walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

Bright & Spacious Apartment with Park
Great location of the apartment and easy, straightforward communication with the host. We will be happy to come back.👍

Kleines Apartment in St.Pauli
A great place with a great central location! Perfect for a short trip with girlfriends. A weekend in Hamburg and everything was within walking distance! Ricarda is very friendly and was always available. Check-in and checkout was also super easy! We will be happy to come back!
Houses in Germany

Charming little garden house in Hamburg
we really enjoyed our stay at Katja's house, and I would recommend it any time to others. The place was small but totally self contained and very clean, private, yet close to supermarkets and public transportation. It was cute and cosy. One is surrounded by nature and yet close to the city. Last but not least, Katja and her family were very helpful hosts. We look forward to return to Katja's house next time I visit Hamburg.

Vacation home Eifelblick
Great, quietly located holiday home on the outskirts of the NP Eifel. From the house you have a beautiful view of the lawns and forested hills. You can easily walk into nature here. The house is all the comforts and necessities. highly recommended!

Philip log cabin on the ski slope
this is an awesome place to spend a nice quite time during winter. We enjoyed it.

Sunny cottage, 2-5 people, quiet, close to the harbor
We felt right at home in the charming cottage. The location is convenient to the train station and the Husumer center quickly accessible after a short walk. The house is well equipped - as if Christiane was a guest here herself and knows what is needed. Our communication was always as coordinated and effective. We would move back to the cute house and would be happy to recommend it.

Our House, Sevenig, drielandenpunt D,Be,Lux.
A very comfortable house. Fully equipped. Spacious bedrooms, good beds. Large " kitchen", with large dining table and good equipment and more than fully furnished. Wood stove, the wood and kindling was ready, incl. lighter! Large hobby room with billiards, shuffleboard, workout equipment and delicious, spacious sauna. Around the house in various places spacious seating with fire pits etc. Everything has been thought of and present. Surprisingly beautiful and comfortable house. The contact with the hosts is adequate. Compliments to the hosts, Jos and Anne!

Entire historical 1870s town house
Hans-Lothar was communicative, friendly and very helpful - couldn't have asked for a better host or location in Bacharach!

Modern House with Sauna and Fireplace
We had a very nice and quiet stay with six adults and a dog at the property. The wooden house is really very nice, new and well equipped. We particularly liked the open kitchen and the living room, as well as the small private garden. The surrounding area is a residential area with no great opportunities for activities. This was more than suitable for us, as we wanted to spend time together. Smaller walks are possible, the public transport connection to Hanover is ok. The shopping directly across the street probably still closed until the end of 2025, so it makes sense to use a car for shopping in the next town. The house is quite audible due to its construction, which is no problem if all guests have a similar sleeping rhythm;) Overall, we had a great stay and everything met our expectations!

Country house with big backyard
Great place & super-friendly host. They even brought three crates of toys for our kids!
Boutique hotels in Germany

Never stop exploring
Thank you very much for the warm welcome. The room was cozy, quiet and spacious enough for two guests. The room had everything you need. The staff was very polite. The windows overlooked a nice courtyard. Comfortable beds. Excellent transport accessibility. The area is pleasant for walking, there are many beautiful and atmospheric streets. I would like to return to this hotel more than once.

Hotel du Train - Economy Class
Comfortable and stylish

Centauren Boutique Hostel
A buddy and I were in Bremen for one night and needed a place to sleep. Communication was great, always very quick and extremely helpful responses to messages. Upon arrival, we were very nicely received and directly provided with some tips on what to do on a weekend in Bremen. The room was as described and very cozy for the price. Bathrooms (2 pieces) and kitchen are shared with the other guests, but these are very clean and tidy. Bremen is overall a city that can be walked very well and the accommodation is very well located to be quickly at the various cafes, restaurants and parks of the city. I would always book the place again! Thanks a lot!

Superior room at Hotel Brandies near Messe

Your guide to Germany
Welcome to Germany
Germany might just be the best place to orient yourself to central Europe's varied terrains: Its borders are flanked by vertiginous Alps, brilliant lakes, and dune-ribbed beaches. Off the northernmost tip, the Frisian Islands form a dreamy 24-mile long archipelago, with the island of Sylt shining as a popular choice for a ritzy getaway. Down south, the Romantic Road winds through Bavaria’s historic walled towns, Romanesque villages, and mountainous landscape. This rugged region is also synonymous with popular festivals like Oktoberfest. In the country’s interior, the scenery softens into idyllic valleys, plains dotted with farmhouses, and meditative forests. But it’s German cities like Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt that offer a steady pulse of culture. The country still hums with activity throughout the winter season when the snow-capped mountains change from a hiker's paradise to a base for skiing. The famous Christmas markets that spring up across most towns and cities in Germany offer mulled wine, traditional sweets, and handmade crafts.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Germany
With the weather at its finest and festivals galore, summer is the perfect time to stay in one of Germany’s vacation rentals. Travelers take advantage of the long sunny days to hike and swim amid the glorious landscape and linger in the country’s iconic beer gardens. From December through early January, Germany transforms into a winter wonderland with famed Christmas markets lighting up nearly every city and village, set against a backdrop of pristine snow. This is also a great time to visit for winter sports enthusiasts — especially if skiing in Alp towns like Oberstdorf is on your bucket list. Although summer is considered peak travel season, fall and winter are also popular times to visit. For smaller crowds, visit during spring and autumn, when you’ll find festivals and wine harvest taking place in smaller towns and villages.
Top things to do in Germany
Bavaria
Bavaria’s countryside boasts a trove of natural wonders. Bavarian Forest National Park, the country’s first national park, is home to 14,000 wildlife species, including the endangered lynx, Ural owl, and capercaillie. The shorelines of Lake Constance’s sparkling cyan waters touch Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, making the lake a hotspot for swimmers and sailors from all three countries. The setting for all this: The Bavarian Alps and Danube plains, which are dotted with storybook castles fit for a fairytale.
Neuschwanstein Castle
Originally a retreat for King Ludwig II, this 19th-century castle is now one of Europe’s most-visited citadels. A mix of Romanesque and Byzantine architecture, it is inspired by castles and cathedrals of the king’s childhood. Inside, discreet passageways and grand hallways lead to gilded rooms and skyscraping watchtowers.
Museum Island
Museum Island is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Berlin’s most popular stops. Here, five world-class museums were built over the course of centuries. The Altes Museum was designed by one of Prussia’s most prominent architects, the Pergamon Museum houses a coveted collection of Greek and Roman antiquities, and the Bode Museum is known for its 19th sculpture collection.
