my family and I stayed here for a few days. We love the area. I thought it was very peaceful and convenient to a lot of things. The backyard was a lot of fun for my kids. The rooms were very spacious and open for younger children. It was a nice home for my family. Also, I enjoyed the laundry room. It was very useful and free of clutter traveling with younger children I need to be able to do the wash and it was definitely open and useful. Whenever I had a question about the home, the homeowners were friendly and responsive We love the area and we look forward to coming back Thank you

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with our family and dog! Couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to relax and enjoy the quiet holidays. Enjoyed the morning views and visiting elk as well! Cindy is a wonderful host!

Clara place is beautiful and was perfect for a weekend getaway of nature and wineries. Clara was very responsive and sent extra supplies when we asked. Would stay at this property again.

Had a great time! Loved the firepit and the house overall. The house was proximate to a lot of indigenous culture sites which was awesome to learn about. Julie was very responsive as well.

Stepped out of the norm for my eldest 28th birthday, and we couldn’t be more happy we did, Jeanne’s place did not disappoint it was everything we expected felt at home away from home. Jeanne was very helpful and provide my family and I with lots of recommendations on things to do, places to go. We arrived a bit late way past our check in had some trouble entering, because we couldn’t figure out the lock, and Jeanne made sure to call me an help so we wouldn’t be standing in the cold. Aside from the house being in excellent shape it was nice and cozy and it made it even better to have such a caring & resourceful Host! Jeanne you are an amazing individual, thank you for having us, we will definitely be back 😊

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and felt homey. The hot tub was such a bonus at the end of the day after a long day hiking. I highly recommend this place and will definitely try to make it back.

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Bob and Natalie’s place was very welcoming and so cozy and clean. They welcomed us on our arrival, which has never happened, and was really nice as they told us about local spots to eat and explore. It was a perfect size for our family of six and we could easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had so many kitchen immenities! We even made s’mores one night on the back patio with the fire pit and enjoyed the view of the stars and the quietness, always so nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. We experienced a lot while there as the location of their house is in a central spot to Sedona, Flaggstaff, and the Grand Canyon among so much else! It really is a wonderful place. We hope to enjoy it again one day:) Thank you, Bob and Natalie!!

We stayed at Steve’s place for 6 days. Check in was very simple, the owner lives upstairs and helped us with all questions. The location of the house is convenient, it is in a very nice neighborhood and close (20 min) to Sedona. The apartment is well equipped for 2-3 people. A big bonus is a view from the living room.

Cute space walking distance from Old Town Cottonwood. The space is small, but very comfortable and efficient. The bed was comfy too.

We loved staying here, the space was perfect for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and it's very spacious. The bed was so comfy, we would definitely stay here again!

The place was really comfortable, cozy, and super clean. We went on a trip to Sedona, and it was pretty close — only about a 20–25 minute drive. My parents traveled with me and they were really happy with the stay too.

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

Absolutely loved staying here. So peaceful. Can’t wait to be back in May.

This home was very comfortable. We stayed for a few days since we didn’t want to stay in Sedona. Pretty quick drive to Sedona from here and beautiful views everywhere you look.

Another wonderful stay at the Lofts of Old Town. This is our 3rd stay and we are already planning our next stay. The condo is spotless and well appointed. The owners are above and beyone helpful and friendly! The location is perfect for shopping, dining and if you like hiking, that is right out the door! We always look forward to staying in the lofts and running into Patty and Michael(the owners). They are local so, any issues you may have, they will be right there for you. If you are looking for a quality location and property in Cottonwood, this is the place! Thanks again for another wonderful stay at the Lofts Of Old Town!

Our Villa stay in Camp Verde was Amazing! The Villa was clean and well organized. Cozy ! A homey atmosphere with an outdoor seating that was comfy. Comfortable Beds with Tv in each room . Living room was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and pots and Pans !! Definitely will stay with Anna Again ! Very easy to work with and communicated well. Absolutely Would Recommend this Villa ! Nice Quiet Comfortable place . Try Mexican food in town or The Italian Moscato Restaurant! Great place to Relax away from the city but Close to Sedona and other Great attractions! “ just a short drive “.

We literally had our mouth open when we walked in the door of our room! Can’t believe we only stayed for one night! Definitely will come back someday. The condo and all of its rooms were very clean and the details that the cleaning people put in were wonderful. The towels were folded very creatively, and the pool area was beautiful!

Great place to stay! Everything was in great shape, the beds were very comfy, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The location is wonderful, not far off the highway but also in a very quiet anf peaceful setting. After our stay Anna messaged us about something she thought we had left behind, but actually must have been left by a previous renter, and that really speaks to her integrity! We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts of Old Town! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in very easy for us. We met the hosts on the second day of our stay and they were a lovely couple. Their attention to detail in their home was beyond anything we have experienced. We will defintely stay there again the next time we are in town. It is the best place in Cottonwood!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location was amazing! Right in town any everything to needed was within walking distance. Cottonwood is close enough to Sedona that you can get there in like 20mins but honestly other then hiking, I don’t know why you’d need to leave Cottonwood for Sedona! Also the hosts were great! Super helpful and responsive overall just wonderful! And the place was super cute and exactly what we needed! Would recommend and would stay again!

Great place, wifi sucks, book directly through the resort. No wifi on tvs. Loved the place and it’s cheap and good. But don’t book through Airbnb, it doesn’t save you money and doesn’t give money to the resort.
