Vacation rentals with a kayak in Spokane River

Becky has thought of EVERYTHING! If we forgot something it was there! We absolutely enjoyed our time spent the house was comfortable and clean. Becky was so over the moon helpful with all our questions, and we absolutely enjoyed the time there! 10/10 would rent again!

Was a really nice place, we had one small issue with the pellet stove since we were staying in the off season, host was quick to respond and help solve the issue!

One of the best places we have stayed at. So comfortable my family felt right at home. Kids loved the games especially son and the view was amazing! The place was so clean and just as described. Will definitely stay again.

We have a large family and every year we get together between Christmas and new years. This was the perfect house. It’s in a neighborhood but plenty of privacy. There are so many cool features about the house that make it such a unique experience. It’s equipped with everything you could need. It’s clean and well cared for. You can tell the owners built the house with tons of thought and care…it feels like home from the minute you open the door.

Kayla is a great host - very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous views of the river and forrest beyond! House was very nicely stocked w/ the essentials for cooking meals. We're looking forward to visiting again during the summer when we can make use of their water toys and dock! Once we figured out the hot tub, it was glorious! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall this was a great place for our multi-family birthday weekend. Beautiful scenery, great accommodations for our families needs and no hassles or problems with anything during our stay. The house and bungalow were ideal for our group. The decor, furniture and layout were excellent taste and class and made you feel right at home. The boat launch to the Lake was a few minutes away. Just a great place to stay in all regard. If you're in the market to purchase, this amazing place is available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My fiance and I came for a best friends wedding. And we wish we could have stayed one more day/night and had that day just for ourselves! We have already talked about wanting to rebook for winter or summer! Beautiful location. We enjoyed the nostalgia of CDs and vhs movies! Reminded me of my childhood. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a nice family reunion at this beautiful & peaceful home. It was so well equipped, and lots of added touches for us to use. Everyone loved the location, the views,& the relaxed environment. I would highly recommend this property. Our whole family just was loving the space and atmosphere. Not to mention we were within 45 min to silverwood for all the family to enjoy. Stayed here for a couple nights after my birthday, had a wonderful stay, just far enough away from everything but close enough to be an easy drive. Played some pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Very nice place, will definitely be back!

Eric was a great host and his cabin was better than we expected. Everything was perfect, starting with the gorgeous views, all the amenities you could possibly need and the new boat dock which was important to us because we traveled there by boat and was large enough to hang out there with our group during the day and into the night under the stars. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it just felt like being in a cozy, welcoming home. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay so special!

This was a lovely location for our family. The house layout was perfect for our three couples and two children. We enjoyed the access to the water and toys provided. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

I can’t say enough about this gem. It was way more than expected. With the amities i feel like i got it way cheap. This is a very high end place and the owner thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Outside cooking, hot tub, firewood , kayaks, paddle boards. Two large rooms and two bathrooms. There is also two decks fully furnished, regular grill and a flat grill for cooking. The views are beautiful all the way around the house and excellent fishing just right off the back. Also close to most fishing anywhere in that area.
