Tiny house vacation rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

One of the best places we've ever done! Everything was really perfect, the location 10 minutes from the center, not too far from several beautiful coves. And then the place! A real paradise, the apartment was even better than in photos (I think it was repainted), the pool and the sea access literally in front of the door: amazing! Access to paddles, buoys, masks is really a plus! But the best for the end, the welcome of Lovorka, Filip and their team who made themselves available, responsive and warm all week with many recommendations. We will be back for sure! The house is more beautiful than in the photos, almost like a fairy tale. Decorated with taste, nothing is missing. Huge garden with a beautiful view of the bay. During our stay, we unanimously agreed that these are the best conditions in which we have ever had to stay. We will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends.

We can only agree with the other reviews. Dream location, beautiful little sparkling clean house on lovingly maintained, lonely property and an extremely friendly host family. We were welcomed with a stocked fridge! In between we got cakes, grapes, wine,....! It's almost like being part of the family. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

We spent a wonderful 6 nights in Solta. The space was clean, had a wonderful balcony and our hosts were very accessible and hospitable. We were allowed to taste Croatian specialties and could ask Neven and Anela at any time. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Delighted!

We had a nice time at Dora's Tiny House! Everything is available and decorated with an eye for detail. The location is quiet but in the village is close to all amenities, such as bakery, supermarket and good restaurants. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the great terrace.

This perfect apartment with a fantastic, idyllic garden is the ideal place to find relaxation and tranquility. Several beaches are in the immediate vicinity; Trogir can be reached on foot or by bus, Split by ferry or bus. Anja, her mother Ljerka and her husband are incredibly hospitable: fresh fruit from the garden, numerous recommendations of sights and above all their warmth have enriched our vacation and made it an unforgettable time. We will always remember the dinner together with Dalmatian fish from the barbecue in a family atmosphere. We had a fantastic vacation there and were 110% happy with everything! We recommend the place to anyone who has a relaxing and quiet stay on a beautiful island in a very well equipped apartment with friendly hosts is looking for it. We will definitely be happy to come back! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Lovely place in a nice village. The secluded garden with jacuzzi really gives this place the extra edge. Perfect base for enjoying Krvavica and surroundings.

We've been to quite a few accommodations, but we haven't felt so much at home anywhere. Upon arrival we were met by (exquisite) homemade delicacies, the host was very friendly and gave us quite a bit of good information and tips on what to see, where to eat well, where to go on a trip.. We also have a little dog who was more than welcome and the yards are private and fenced in so that she could be let down all the time and us relaxed by the pool or jacuzzi. We definitely recommend and will definitely be back again:)

One of the best places we have been to. Josip and Ana are the best hosts we have met so far. Communication was always very clear and efficient. We highly recommend the place to anyone who is looking peace and serenity. Definitely coming back to this gem of a place!

The location was exactly what we were looking for. A nice sea view and access to the beach. The house has all facilities so anyone can even think of a long stay. Communication with Pejković was very easy and super helpful.

Very nice cottage for 2 people. Inside there is everything you might need. There should be even fewer kitchen utensils to have more space for their own belongings. The A/C was definitely an added value. Outside it was really beautiful with the pool, terrace, the showers, especially the ones at the back of the cottage, and of course the view of the village, the sea, the islands and mainland. The gravel road to it is not always obvious even with a car, but it worked. Nearby are nice coves and there are a few good restaurants in the village, as well as a bakery and supermarket. Once on site, all communication was via Karmen, who gave us the key and was always available for further questions.

Staying at Marina'a place was a dream. It was a truly wonderful experience, in which you are tucked away on the hillside surrounded by olive trees and lovely views of the rolling topography and sea. The intention of the landscaping, layout, and amenities of the cottage satisfied every possible need and more, making for a tranquil holiday. Marina is by far the best host we've ever encountered. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. It was a delight to talk with her and learn a bit about her travels and life on the island. Don't miss the opportunity to connect with her!

We couldn’t recommend a better place to stay if staying in Stari Grad, it was perfect for our short stay on the island and we loved it!

We had a great time. It is a quiet and tranquil place. Our kids had the best time with the pool in front of the door - they went swimming before breakfast every day. Also the air condition works great, wich was very important in this hot weather. There is also a small shady playground which we really enjoyed. We can recommend it :)

I spent eleven wonderful days in Lukas tree house. The house was equipped with everything you need and everything was very well thought out. The terrace with the sun lounger and the view - an absolute highlight. You can not only relax in absolute silence during the day, but also at night. It is very quiet and idyllic. I felt very comfortable and Luka was a warm host. Thank you!

Tiny house well located in Bol Bay, it is very well-equipped and compliant with photos. The outside is large with garden furniture, dining area, barbecue in an environment of olive trees. The surrounding beaches are not the most beautiful and very touristy, if you are looking for more calm, between Murvica and Blaca, small idyllic coves are accessible by small dirt roads and pebbles. I would recommend this charming and peaceful little house.

We had our own little island with a private boat. I highly recommend the accommodation. It was lovely.

Could not have faulted the stay at this wonderful little Air BNB. Everything was as described, 2 minute walk from the beach and great bars and restaurants. I very much enjoyed my time here and hope to return to this gorgeous petite Croation villa.

We stayed at this wonderful place for 2 weeks in mid-September 2024! The location is a dream - view of the sea! In front of the house is a small vineyard. The pool is heated and that's why we also used it in the morning and evening when it was cooler! There are plenty of seating and chill opportunities around the house! Everything was clean and of good quality! The mattresses were very good, we slept excellently. The kitchen is fully equipped! We needed everything we needed. - yes also spices, vinegar, oil, guest gifts... Very generous! We would love to come back again! You can make many excursions! In the small village there was a shop and a beach bar. Otherwise, everything was already closed. The access roads are (still) of poor quality but it is being worked on! :-) We were very excited and had a relaxing, wonderful holiday!

A small house that spends time in a small hamlet in the middle of nature, a large garden where we look at the stars in the evening, very welcoming hosts, and very close to the beautiful Krka National Park, it is a destination that does not leave indifferent.
