Vacation rentals with a patio in Split-Dalmatia County

we stayed here for a week. we had a great time the accommodation was big enough for the 4 of us. thats 4 adults. we loved the location near to everything. there is a beautiful balcony overlooking the harbour and at night time we would watch the cruise boats come in and out. the balcony was large enough to sit outside and had deck chairs. we would definately stay here again. thank you vinko for such a pleasurable stay

Quiet location, beautiful beaches, amazing view from the terrace, well equipped kitchen, everything clean and new. We have not yet met such gracious and hospitable hosts. We came with a two-year-old son and there were children's toys waiting for us in the apartment. We also received a bottle of delicious homemade wine and other refreshments. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and great soups :)

Eliza is a great host. She and her son made sure we got to the apartment and that we had everything we needed. The space was in perfect condition and true to the pics. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. You can literally walk right into the ocean and sun yourself on the deck chairs. We plan to return.

Where to begin! We landed and arrived at the property before check-in and we were kindly let in early, once we saw the place we were all in awe. Matches Marija’s listing perfectly and looked identical to pictures. The place was spotless and we had everything we needed to sleep comfortably, linen was clean and air conditioning in every room. Shower was good water pressure and spacious. I honestly couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough, we could’ve spent our whole time at the property there was a BBQ, pool, Netflix and paddle board at our disposal. This was our first time in Croatia and the location is outstanding everything is walkable, however, it is very hilly and the town is stone which can be slippery, so be prepared with footwear. I would say it’s a good idea to hire a car if you are interested in nicer beaches in Šibenik, otherwise, a car is not needed. There is so much to do in Šibenik and something for everyone, I will certainly return to Marija’s place.

Great place to stay, can’t get much closer to the core tourism area of split without staying in an overpriced hotel. Great spot to use as a home base!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and it was great to have parking. The location is very close to the old city and right below Marjan park. The hallway looks a bit sketchy but don't let that put you off!

We had a great time in Petars appartement. The view is amazing! Petar is vervelend nice and easy to communicated with. We would recommend.

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

We had a great time at the property! Communication before and during the stay very easy, extremely nice and helpful. We were welcomed after a long drive at check-in with sandwiches and cakes:) The path to the property is still rocky and steep at the moment, but I can imagine that the road will be repaired in the near future. The property is beautifully situated on a mountainside with unobstructed views of Split, surrounded by olive groves, nature and mountains. No neighbors nearby. The house is big enough for 7 people. Everything functional. The terrace and the large pool are located to the south side so you can enjoy the sun all day. The large swimming pool is heated and has an excellent temperature (about 26 degrees) and the small hot tub is refreshingly cold. There was nothing missing in the property. We would like to thank the hosts and would be happy to come back! Hvala

My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere comfortable and convenient before flying home after a long road trip, and we picked the perfect place. Split Airport is literally within walking distance (though I wouldn't do it with luggage) and the house is brand new and high tech, not to mention practically on the water front. We arrived after 22:00 in the off-season and found that the late night restaurants Vinko had recommended had just changed their hours--but he saved our evening by stocking the fridge with an emergency pizza just in case. As an added bonus, we had no idea that Kaštela had such an interesting history and lively riviera. The walk down the bay towards Split is long, but well worth it. Added bonus, there's a trampoline that my wife was really excited to get to try. We had a fantastic time!

A mega beautiful villa with great hosts, large pool and a great outdoor kitchen. The villa has everything you need. It is super clean and well furnished. We didn't miss anything. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen, which is also great for the evenings, especially if you have children, as you can also be a bit louder. The hosts roasted us fish in a day that was incredibly super delicious. Otherwise, communication with the hosts was no problem. From the property you can drive about 5 minutes to a beautiful beach and the nearest supermarket. We highly recommend the villa!

We found the location to be amazing, the neighbourhood safe and so peaceful. A 10 minute walk from everything. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The second flight of stairs up to the bedrooms at the top took a bit off getting used to for small children. But we all quickly adapted. Would highly recommend the apartment and Split in general.

If you enjoy modern architecture, smart and minimalistic design, you will love this place as much as we did. In a quiet town on Brac with views over the village and the sea. We enjoyed our evenings on the lounge area at the pool; our breakfast at the large table with a view, and the food beds and well designed bathrooms (with great showers and bath products). We considered it a very lucky find!

The apartment was very modern, well equiped and clean. We especially like the large outdoor terrace, where we spent most of our time. Igra recommended us good restaurants and beaches. She was very responsive to all our requests. Apartment is very close to the sea, next to the beautiful bay. The only disadvantage of the location is that you have to drive to nearest village for groceries, and there is no bakery nearby.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

I'm so pleased I stayed here, it was perfect. The apartment had everything you could want, it was very clean and comfortable, the balcony was great. The location was great, close to a great swimming beach and very walkable to the ferry port and Split old town. Anamarija was lovely, very helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay here, thank you!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

We stayed at Goran’s place for a few days. The place was very nice and tidy. Goran welcomed us personally and was very flexible with the check-in. The flat is within a very modern building an it has everything you need. The flat comes with a personal garage for a car. The location is slightly away from the city center but despite this it was very easy to get into town (plenty of buses, some of which are free). Nearby the flat there is a big mall where it’s possible to get groceries etc. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment ! We visited Hvar for the first time and absolutely loved everything about it. And the apartment was part of it. Litteraly everything you need from the spacious rooms, two balconies and perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need in case you want to make a homemade meal. Everything was immaculate and super clean as well. Really there is nothing negative to say about this place ! The location was also very good and everything was easily reachable. Would definitely recommend it 100%. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have. Don’t hesitate !! People at the agency were also very helpful with giving recommendations and drove us to the airbnb so we didn’t have to walk and kept our luggage how long we wanted.

Loved our stay here. The town is beautiful, the peoole are beautiful. The hosts are gracious and kind.
