Monthly Rentals in Spider Lake

Our family of 13 spent Christmas at Anna’s, and it was magical. The great room with kitchen was fully stocked and then some and wood burning stove added warmth and atmosphere to our hours of cooking. The large living room area from the original lodge was lovingly restored and cozy with plenty of seating around the stone fire place. There was plenty of space to spread out and having a bathroom with each bedroom was great. The children loved the TV/VCR combo and the stacks of movies. The whole experience could not have been better.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the space for both working remotely and having a home base for nearby outdoor adventures. The only hiccup came when we attempted to get in - the door code wasn't working but, thankfully, the host responded quickly and reset the code for us remotely. Problem solved quickly. Inside, the coffee setup was OFF THE HOOK (and I'm picky about that), the rooms and beds were comfortable. A single bathroom for so many bedrooms is a bit of a drag but wasn't an issue for us. It's an old house that's been updated very well but maintains a good bit of it's old house charm. That does, however, come with some downsides in terms of old house smells and "rustic" cabinetry. But those were not deal-breakers and we still had such a great, comfortable time in the space. We would definitely book again because we've quickly fallen in love with the nearby and now we know we have a home great base.

We had a fantastic, peaceful stay. The place was gorgeous, and with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Our host was super responsive, he even let us know where to see a fox den and some cubs on the property, which delighted our daughter. The house itself was comfortable, well appointed, and with no detailed overlooked. We would definitely stay again!

The Hayward Haus exceeded our expectations, every single detail of the home was thoughtful, the host was super responsive and friendly, beds were comfortable - we had everything we needed. 10/10! Would love to go back!
