Monthly Rentals in Spa Beach

We wanted to get away from the cold winter in Indiana and find a place where we could work remotely. January at Lisa's condo was perfect. One of us worked at the large desk with monitor and the other worked at the large kitchen counter. The view is the best thing about the unit. Just beautiful. The kitchen had what we needed and the toaster oven/air fryer was very useful. The king size bed is very comfortable. The washer and dryer are huge and seemed brand new. We did not have any issues, but Lisa is very responsive when contacted. The complex is great for walking along the water and everyone was very friendly. The area outside of the complex is neighborhoods so you have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to any stores or restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are the sweetest couple — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. They even came outside to chat with us and gave us a ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. The space was spotless, and the outside area was such a fun bonus. I would stay here over and over again. My partner and I visited over Valentine’s Day weekend, and it was the perfect place to stay. The suite was clean, private and well thought out. It was a short walk to nearby restaurants, and very close to downtown. I would stay here again, and recommend to any of my friends or family!

Tania's house was lovely!! It looked exactly like the pictures and was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. There were extra nice touches such as local recommendations, nice shower gel and shampoo and everything just had a premium feel to it. The location was brilliant and took less than 10-15 minutes walk to the pier and some of the lovely restaurants/bars. If I visit St Pete again I would definitely want to stay here!!
