Monthly Rentals in Southeast Portland

Great spot to spend a few days, walkable to morning coffee and many other things. I enjoyed my stay!

Kathy’s place was great - very nice tidy and clean and with lots of nice extras like tea and coffee. Kathy put the heater on for us on arrival which was lovely as it had cooled down and made the cottage extra welcoming. The cottage is at the back of the section so nice a secure and the neighbourhood was great as well - we did not take any buses but did use the tram which is about an 8 min walk - the tram took us straight into town so very convenient. Would stay at Kathy’s again.

Great airbnb rental. Very private. A lot of room and a wonderful king size bed. Full size appliances and washer/dryer. Place is centrally located for wherever you’re going. Very responsive host. Happy to have booked it in the summer month of July, really good working AC unit.

I stayed here solo for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The space is exactly as pictured—clean, bright, spacious, and thoughtfully put together. The bed had the perfect comfortable firmness, and the cozy bedding made it feel like a true home away from home. To my surprise, it was much more private and quiet than I expected, even being somewhat close to a main street—once the front door is closed, I didn't notice a thing. This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I would happily return next time I’m in Portland. Mike was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!
