Great place! Perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable, and organized. We had a lovely stay and our hosts were kind, responsive, and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Was perfect for our overnight stay. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is adorable. We had everything we needed. Having only one bathroom was a titch inconvenient and the space could easily accommodate a second bathroom but it was manageable. The decorating was perfect and the little touches made it so homey. The beds were so comfy. The owners were kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so we definitely heard them above us but it wasn't too noticeable. The backyard has gorgeous foliage and flowers. The patio had party lights and was clean and welcoming. It was located just minutes from WSU and shopping and dining. Perfect, out of the way location but near everything important. The parking isn't conducive to larger SUVs and was a bit tricky to back out from side of home but again, manageable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This may be my all time favorite Airbnb. Katherine’s home is in a very nice neighborhood and ideally located at the end of a hillside cul-de-sac so the surroundings are very private, quiet, and naturally beautiful. It’s the perfect balance of suburban convenience / safety in the front, mountain side retreat in the back. What really stood out for me and the reason I’ll be staying here again is how much it felt like home (without feeling like someone else’s home)…for me, most Airbnbs feel too sterile and hotel-like OR they feel too much like staying in a stranger’s home. Katherine has struck the perfect balance, it is comfortable, stylish (but not over the top), the decor, amenities, and supplies are everything you’d want and make for a very comfortable, convenient, and authentic stay. She was also a great host, I had to extend my stay twice and Katherine went above and beyond to accommodate me so I wouldn’t have to move to a hotel. 5-stars all around.

This was a great place to stay long-term for my wife and I! My only warning is that this place was not designed for tall people: I am 6' 2" and had to duck quite a bit when entering and when going into the living room space. Outside of that, we ended up loving our time there!
