Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sotavento Islands

We were so glad we chose Casa Aloé Vera for our stay in Santiago - it was the perfect place to explore the island from. We loved eating Vany's delicious breakfasts watching the local birds from the veranda in the morning - the kingfishers are beautiful! The cottage is in a great location, just a 15-20 minute walk to Cidade Velha where there are some good restaurants and the fantastic UNESCO sights to explore. Inside the house itself is really homely, with everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. Sonia was very communicative and even helped us find a travel agent to help with internal flight before we'd even. We'd love to return one day to this little spot of paradise.

The accommodation was a dream. The terrace on the roof was so nice. At night you could see the stars. That was incredible. Everything worked smoothly and Marisa always helped wirh questions. Everyone there was friendly, so it was easy to socialise with the locals. The restaurant was a top point. Marisas food is delicious. This is a great place for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Thank you!

Amazing! If you don’t stay here, you are missing out on a fantastic experience. Chris and Mona are incredible. such kind, generous and welcoming people. The meals they served us were so fresh and tasty, there are also lots of fun activities like snorkelling and fishing available here. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again! Thank you Chris and Mona for everything.

I did a lot of stay in a bnb air but this one will remain the best . No other words but amazing the apartment and beautiful functional and very clean . Edna is very responsive despite the fact that she is not on site and Neves is always possible to make sure everything goes smoothly . Would 100% recommend

We had a great time at Léa and Joâo's. Great typical place where you feel good. Everything was perfect: breakfast, the room, the welcome, the advice João picked us up from the airport and guided us for the ascent of Fogo Great hike. We are delighted with our stay at Léa and João's.

Very beautiful and large house, very comfortable, with an amazing view, a peaceful terrace and nickel rooms. Close to the center, on foot. A big thank you to Mirtes, our host, edy, the driver and Vanusa, the cook who really took care of us. nothing to say. Thank you very much. Small downside for the extremely noisy water pump as soon as we use water. and for the pool that deserves a good maintenance. We recommend it.

Enjoyed the stay nice views, pictures in in the house was like an art museum. It’s a very beautiful home would recommend and stay again.

Nicole responded well to a last minute need as planes were cancelled and hundreds left with no accommodation. The studio is on the plateau close to all the restaurants and cafes and it is large and comfortable for two. Well designed and laid out it has all you need for a short stay. The restaurant below served good food and the cook is a real gem. Praia has an abundance of taxis that take you most places in the city for €2 so it doesn’t matter it’s far from a beach. I would stay again.
