Vacation rentals with a patio in Solomons

Jennifer space was beyond what I had hoped for. It had everything I needed and more. I am so happy that I booked this space. I would love to stay here again.

The place was great and in a great location. We loved everything about the apartment however did have a few issues with some of the "rules". This is the only place I've ever rented that I've been told if anyone else comes into the place other than my wife and myself we would result in "immediate eviction". We were in town for a wedding for my niece and her and her fiance wanted to stop by and visit. I found it asinine that I had to tell her sorry you can't come in or I will be evicted. They have a beautiful private roof top with patio seating for 5, however no one else can visit. We were also going to arrive 30 minutes prior to check in by an Uber and had 2 large suitcases along with 2 other bags and a suit bag and asked if we could check in early and her response was yes but we would have to pay the $50 early check in fee. I would think that we would atleast be able to drop our bags so we wouldn't have to drag them around the streets. Other than that, no issues.

This place was great to visit DC, and a much cheaper alternative to a hotel. We arrived very late and she was very accommodating. would recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Erin’s place was a nice oasis from DC. It was easy to get to and from. The bathroom was huge with lots of room to spread out. The place had lots of storage space for our bags and a place to hang up our nice clothes. There were tons of well thought out amenities for those who might have forgotten something. We would definitely stay here again.

Luis’ place met my needs. It was a nicely decorated apartment. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe walking outside. There were restaurants and coffee houses within walking distances. Overall, it was a good choice for me.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Lena was a fantastic host. We met her upon arrival and she showed us around and made recommendations for traveling into DC, restaurants, parking, etc. The place was pristine and spotless. Very homey and private. Just what we were looking for. Lena is a warm and cheerful person who we would highly recommend for anyone considering a place in the Alexandria area with convenient travels all around!

The space was exactly as described! Very clean and host was very proactive with check in and out instructions. Had a great time visiting the area. Would absolutely stay here again! **to note: there is a resident who lives downstairs, which is noted in the Airbnb description. You can hear them when they enter/exit the home. This did not bother us at all and we were aware of this as it was in the description but I wanted to highlight that for any perspective guests.

Loved staying at Brian's! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect for visiting the DC area. Also, it was nice to be in Alexandria and have more restaurant options than only using destinations in DC area. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful classy neighborhood, beautiful house. Split level house, no connection or access between the levels.

We had a blast during our stay in Alexandria/DC and your place was a huge part of that! Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were very nice! We loved hanging out on the patio. Every aspect of your townhome is inviting and makes for a great retreat. The metro being super close was the icing on the cake.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this home. The place is so beautiful and well decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated the 5 adults staying here for a long weekend. The location near Del Ray can’t be beat. Most importantly, we had a last minute urgent issue pop up and the hosts went out of their way to help us find a way to ensure everyone could still enjoy the weekend. Highly recommend staying here!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic host! She was extremely responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again during our next trip to D.C..

We enjoyed this airbnb. I would definitely book again if available! The basement area was Perfect , nice yard . 10 mins from the harbor so many great fun things to do. Great airbnb.

Good apartment. Comfortable, clean. "3 beds" includes a couch. We were 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Teens slept in bedrooms, adult on couch, all good although there were no sheets for "bed 3" (the couch), just a blanket we found in a closet. Neighbors are very active; someone seemed to be moving furniture all day upstairs until about 10pm but then quiet all night. Apartment is well equipped with towels, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Super clean. Location was perfect for my family's needs around S. Alexandria/Hybla Valley area. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy driving distance. Great AirBnB experience overall, would love to be able to return. :)

Alana’s home is absolutely amazing! I feel at peace in her home and she is an amazing host to have! Her home is close to highway so it easy to get anywhere! I would recommend her home to anyone! Thank you again Alana for one of the greatest Airbnb experience.

Barrister Square shaped up to be a very well-rounded property to stay in. Very clean, quiet place with ample space, including a great kitchen and living room with a really nice tv downstairs. Comfy bed (at least in the master) and a surprising number of bathrooms. Just around the corner from lively King Street but far enough away to feel very peaceful. Jennifer was very helpful and provided clear instructions and great tips. I loved the parking passes which enabled me to park all day about a block away. The free King Street Trolley running from the Metro to the waterfront is terrific, with some interesting narrated history broadcasted during the ride. Alexandria is a great town and Old Town is a perfect place to stay for a DC trip. Thanks, Jen!

Great stay in Alexandria!!! The place was clean, easy to get to, walkable to lots of great restaurants with in literally steps of the place. 10min walk to the river and another few streets of great restaurants and sites! 15min drive to Mall in DC, 15min drive to The St James Center in Springfield, 50min drive to BWI airport.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic right on the water across from the small beach that is available and right on the boardwalk. We used this for a getaway with my wife, and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony people watching and enjoying the beautiful view of the water. The owners were very responsive answering questions and the instructions to get in were very easy. We were walking distance from anywhere you would like to go- restaurants, Café, ice cream, the boardwalk, and the small beach on the bay right across the street. We were also a very short car ride or a bike ride away from another boardwalk on the bay and the Chesapeake beach Railway Trail through the marshes. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Decorations were lovely and everything felt brand new and spacious. There were two bedrooms and while we didn’t use one of them, the bed that we slept in very comfortable. We definitely recommend!

Emanuela is super responsive and helpful. Great location and fantastic value for a place to stay. It’s perfect for a place to crash while you’re out and about most of the time like I was.
