Vacation rentals in Snelling

We had a wonderful stay at Garden Gate. The place was spotless. The courtyard garden was gorgeous. Check-in was easy, and communication was great. Highly recommend, and I'm sure we'll return next time we're in town to visit the university. The bed is quite soft (not saggy, just soft), but it's something to consider if you have back issues.

We had such a beautiful stay here!! It looks just like the photos (if not better), is thoughtfully designed and feels very private. I really enjoyed my stay here at this little cottage. As she mentioned in the listing, it is a working farm so there is a little bit of movement of people and vehicles somewhat nearby - on some days in the morning and in the afternoon but I did not find it to be bothersome. Most of the time, I did not see anyone around. And I enjoyed walking in the almond groves all around! The WIFI was plenty fast-enough for me to work and stream movies. There is no TV but there is a Walmart about 10 minutes away. The water pressure was good and there was always plenty of hot water. The dishwasher works great and the rest of the appliances are also clean and work great and the kitchen is very roomy. I like the open floor plan and the bed and recliner were also very comfortable. I did not use the wood stove but I used the space heater that they have there and it worked well, as did the AC unit. I had a very comfortable stay!

Amazing hosts, amazing house, amazing farm! The house was clean and equipped with everything you could need, especially catered to children. Deanna got the kids involved right away with the farm animals and gave us free range of the property and amenities-including playing with the bunnies while she was away. She took tons of pictures of the kids and several group shots which she sent us the next day. Such a memorable and special weekend with the family. We’d love to come back!

This cabin is pure magic! It’s the perfect sanctuary if you’re looking for a private escape in nature. Mariposa is beautiful and the cabin’s interior and exterior design are the perfect complement to its natural surroundings (although some would argue a metal box in nature is unnatural, this juxtaposition is strikingly beautiful.) Everything about the cabin felt very thoughtful and intentional that you’re easily transported to an otherworldly oasis as soon as you step inside— especially once you see the outdoor view. I would 100% rent this spot again.

We have a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The cottage is in a very peaceful area, and it was lovely to hear and see horses from the window.

We loved the place, so peaceful and private, we never heard or saw another person the whole time we were at the house. We requested a last minute date change due to illness and Lisa was able to accommodate which we really appreciated. We ate at three restaurants based on her recommendations and they were spot on. Thanks for such a great trip!

Amazing. Magical. Beautiful. Our family greatly enjoyed Casa Roca. Juan Pablo is an excellent host and communicator. The beds were comfortable and the architecture and design are stunning. We enjoyed spectacular sunset dinner and morning coffee outside. There are several easy and challenging Yosemite trails at the nearest Southside entrance—including a dog-friendly one along a meadow.
